Yevhen is truly a dream contractor to deal with! He contacted us directly after I posted on HomeStars. We completed a full house reno and did the general contracting ourselves so it was quite a bit to manage. However, Yevhen's communication was phenomenal and his work ethic and quality of work exceeded our expectations. He removed existing walls, added both steel and wood beam supports, framed interior walls including new rooms and pocket doors, built under-stair storage and various other little fixes. I appreciate we were not the easiest clients to deal with as we were doing some reinvisioning on the go and he remained kind and flexible to all of our requests and ideas. We are about to start another project and look forward to working with him again. We cannot speak highly enough of him and his team. Out of all the contractors we used for this massive project, he was our favourite not only on a personal level but to his commitment to his craft as well. We had carpets in 4 bedrooms and wanted it replaced. This company reached out immediately after seeing my request. Wael was great to work with. Very professional and respectful. He helped me pick out the right selection and never put any pressure on us. We picked something from a supplier but unfortunately our choices were either discontinued or delayed by 2 weeks. As I had already arranged a date for the work and didn't want a delay. Wael promised there would be no delays and went on a mission to find a wood pattern we would like. He found something better and we like the finished look. Wael showed up on the promised day and time and moved all the furniture around and accommodated all our requests. They worked fast and spread covers over our stairs and hallway. They cleaned up the mess after including the garage they used. The bedrooms feel as if we are in a new house. Even though they missed doing one of the closets, he came back right away to fix it. Great company and workers and I am already talking to them about some small reno fixing projects as they do more than floors. Best part is he bought us sweets (Baklava) and advised me to only eat one piece per day. My wife was very impressed and pleased with their work and she is a harsh critic.

We were experiencing some water damage on our kitchen ceiling as a result of leaking coming from the balcony floor (flat roof) directly above. After receiving dramatically different quotes/opinions from several roofing companies, we had the good fortune of having Stepan come to our property. After carefully inspecting the balcony, Stepan patiently explained that the issue from our balcony was almost certainly a result of some gaps in the caulking, which we should rule out before diving into a bigger and more expensive repair. Stepan took care of this for us on the spot. He asked me to keep an eye on the issue and if there were any further problems, to contact him.
