On Sunday night my plumbing backed up because of tree roots and I called around to local plumbers. New Canadian answered and setup an appointment for Monday morning. Danny came out and did a camera inspection and determined that some major work needed to be done to permanently resolve the problem. I was dealing with alot in my personal life that limited me but he was very patient at explaining the situation and how urgent it was in a way that was easy to understand then he and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and that their 20 year warranty was good. I was very pleased with how professional, organized and efficient they were. They communicated with me throughout the process too. Space was very limited but they somehow managed to get it done. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know. They stood by their word and made sure the job was done right! Thank you so much!

I had a gutter on my garage that was not sloped properly and had water build up. Sorvin came right away to fix the issue and was very thorough to make sure the gutter was working properly after adjustments to the slope were made

Artem of Novo Building was very professional and skilled. After a site visit and discussion, the project estimate we received included a very detailed list of the cost of materials and labour which we really appreciated. He was friendly, detail oriented, listened to what we wanted and had great suggestions on how to make the deck better than our expectations. He did an awesome job removing our old deck and building our new one. Our neighbour came by, was so impressed with the deck he immediately asked Artem for his business card. I had Paul and Sabine from Castlerock Ltd renovate 2 washrooms at the same time. The reason we did them at the same time is because we wanted to extend the primary bath into the kids washroom. From start to finish, working with Paul and his crew was great! They are very professional and perfectionists. They gave us great suggestions when we needed and never complained about our last minute changes. The best part is they cleaned up after themselves. We hardly had a mess when they would leave at the end of the day. They were always on time and very personable. I highly recommend Paul and Castlerock. We will definitely be using them for future projects. I absolutely love my washrooms.
