I posted a job on here in October 2023 to have the 2 small walls in my sun room (11 feet each in length) renovated - remove the old screen walls and replace them with framed drywall walls and a door to the outside. The door was to be an inexpensive 32 door with a window. Despite Rez having measured everything he did not realize he could not install an outward swinging door because it would hit the roof of my gazebo on my deck. It was his helper that noticed this during framing and offered the suggestion of sliding patio doors. Rez asked for an additional $500 for this change. I paid him immediately - the same day. It took months for the patio doors to be delivered and he promised they would be installed while I was on holiday from Jan 23 to 30, 2024. I came home and they were not installed. 2 weeks later he came and installed them. They are not level and do not latch or lock. Ive contacted him repeatedly to return and fix them and complete the job. There is still more drywalling to do, windows and doors to be trimmed and interior walls to be painted. He says he doesnt do exterior work in the winter - but he took 90% of the cost of the job before Christmas 2023! There is also exterior siding to be done and this also remains incomplete. This has been an awful experience and extremely stressful. This project started in November 2023 and is still not done.

Requested framing of ductwork and framing for an entry closet. I provided the measurements for the bifold door (30by80), despite this he made the door way for the bifold 32by82, which is too large for a standard bifold. Also he made the sides of each door way uneven for the trim to be put in, with an inch difference. The frame does not seem plum either. He told me if I have any issues to contact him and he will fix it. I did, but he did not fix it, instead he talked about having 10 years of experience. Well this doesn’t matter if it cannot be seen in the work that you do. Also note, he left a huge gap of where the popcorn ceiling meets the drywall that he put up, which is a no, no. Also cheap wood used instead of 2x4. His poor workmanship, costs me more to have his work fixed. Based on all the previous good reviews, I was hopeful he would do a great job but unfortunately he did not.

We originaly hired Victors crew at Tile Pro a couple of months ago, pending the arrival of our new front entrance door. Well the door was delayed over and over. The door was finaly installed, and on last minute notice, they squeezed us before the weekend. They arrived Friday night with the membrane, and installed the tiles on Saturday morning, and the finishing touches on Sunday morning. They were percise, clean. He explained our options when needed and those were inportant to us. We highly recommend Victors crew at Tile Pro. We will be using them at our next project for our bathroom tiling job. Thank You Victor!!!, we are extremely happy.
