It was a pleasure working with Saba and her team. We had interviewed several companies prior and upon meeting Saba, we immediately knew we would be happy with the outcome. During our first meeting, she listened to our wish list, walked through our home and provided ideas that we hadn’t thought of. We were always on the same page about style and functionality of our home. She requested shared Houzz and Pinterest boards so she could really understand what we were hoping for. She was also up front about the various costs we would incur throughout the process. During the drawing and design process, her team was extremely responsive, patient and accommodating. They were open to feedback and revisions. They also facilitated most communication with other third parties that were required (arborist, mechanical engineers, City of Mississauga, etc.). Saba negotiated prices and services on our behalf to ensure we were getting the best price. Her team also managed the entire permit process with the City on our behalf. They kept us up to date with regular communication and explained the process clearly. Our permits were granted quickly due to Saba’s team submitting all of the required documents and responding quickly to inquiries. I was a part of local union Local 787 Refrigeration and Pipefitters and recieved education there for a 5 year apprenticeship before achieving my Skilled Trade licence of 313A. In addition, I have finished the gas licence technician levels as a Gas Fitter 1 which allows me to work on higher input BTU for Boilers in the commercial sector. I am well equipped above and beyond to handle the residential field of HVAC and have a background in servicing and installing furnaces, air conditioners, gas stoves, gas lines, heat pumps, fan coils, rooftop units, and boilers. Please take into consideration of my credentials and you would not be dissapointed. Thank you and I hope to be welcomed in your home. This business is legit and registered with CRA and TSSA!

I hired AJ Ceramic Tile and Marble to install wall and floor tiles in my kitchen/hallway, powder room, main bathroom and basement bathroom/laundry area. Andrew and his crew did a great job. I did increase the scope of the work that had to be completed but Andrew took care of it without it being an issue. I had only one hiccup where I did not like the colour of the marble they placed on the bathroom niche. I purchased the colour I preferred and Andrew had his crew replace it, again no issue.
