On Sunday night my plumbing backed up because of tree roots and I called around to local plumbers. New Canadian answered and setup an appointment for Monday morning. Danny came out and did a camera inspection and determined that some major work needed to be done to permanently resolve the problem. I was dealing with alot in my personal life that limited me but he was very patient at explaining the situation and how urgent it was in a way that was easy to understand then he and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and that their 20 year warranty was good. I was very pleased with how professional, organized and efficient they were. They communicated with me throughout the process too. Space was very limited but they somehow managed to get it done. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know. They stood by their word and made sure the job was done right!
