We worked with Mark to re-finish our basement after we had a small flood. This was our first big renovation in our home and needless to say we learned a lot about the process from Mark! The basement was old, and needed a full gut down to the studs which included a full bath renovation, some laundry room work and the main area (insulation, new lighting, new flooring, additional support post installation for future upstairs wall removal, some HVAC). We also had Mark update a powder room on the main floor. From start to finish Mark helped us understand what was happening and made sure we were made aware of things they found when walls were opened up and plumbing and electrical was exposed. All of the sub-contractors were great and showed up on time and when we expected them per Mark, and Mark was very responsive if we contacted him with questions and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. The work area was always kept exceptionally clean and was tidied at the end of each work day, which we really appreciated because we were still using the basement for laundry. Overall we have been thrilled with the end result and will be using Mark again to complete our main floor renovation next.

Moise created a custom designed radiator cover for my living room. I have no issues with the unit - the design is good, the construction is solid, and the workmanship is top notch. Throughout the process, I found Ben and Cara pleasant to deal with (if at times not as quick to respond as one might expect). The reason for my POOR review is simple. When installing the unit, Moise informed me that he would be installing a cleat. However, he failed to ask me for a picture of what was inside the wall before he began to drill, failed to use a stud finder, and even failed to simply walk to the other side of the wall to observe a built in toilet. As a result, his 4 drill into the wall pierced a brand new toilet bladder. While I understand mistakes happen (and he helped to stem the water flow), my frustration is that the company failed to help reimburse me for the re-work to repair the mistake his installation had caused (I suggested I cover the labour, his INSURANCE cover the bladder). I am simply amazed. I paid him in full for his work (that was well done) but had assumed he would help pay for the costly repairs (over 4 figures) that his mistake caused. There was no discussion or debate - simply an impolite no.

We had a fantastic experience with Jacob and the job was 'on the money' for sure. We couldn’t be happier with the work he did on our motorhome. He promptly to assessed the job, provided a clear and fair quote, and then a week later, had the entire bathroom floor and subfloor replaced within one day. The turnaround time alone was impressive, but what really stood out was the quality of the workmanship. Everything was done professionally, carefully, and with great attention to detail. There were no surprise charges, no last-minute add-ons, and no excuses — just honest, reliable work — exactly as promised. He kept the work area tidy, communicated clearly throughout the process, and treated our motorhome with respect. It’s rare to find someone this dependable and skilled. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing repair or renovation work, whether that be in a home or in a tight workspace such as our motorhome washroom!

We hired Aaron to completely replace the original 1939 stairs leading to our basement. Out of the four quotes we examined, Aaron impressed me with his thorough grasp of the complexities of building these new stairs. He sent his quote with plans drawn for the new stairs compared with old, and complete dimensions. He was the only contractor who truly convinced me that they knew what to do, how to do it, and make it happen on schedule and budget. I have ZERO doubts that you would also be incredibly happy with Aaron's work if you hire him. He's also a friendly, smart, meticulous, and hard working, as is his sister Taylor who worked on our project too. One last compliment- I have a few- is that Aaron won't leave the job until you are completely satisfied with the work. Thanks for our beautiful new stairs Aaron and Taylor!
