Genassy Construction recently completed a first-floor renovation for me, and I must say that I am very impressed with the results. They refinished the staircase, completely renovated the kitchen, installed potlights on the main floor, removed the popcorn ceiling, and painted the entire house. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Chris and the Genassy team was attentive to detail and they went the extra mile. They were always available to answer questions and addressed any concerns I had. The attention to detail was especially impressive. Every aspect of the job was done with precision and care. I was especially impressed with the kitchen renovation. They did a great job of incorporating my ideas and making sure that the finished product was exactly what I wanted. My wife and I had requested a quote from King Kongtracting for our interlocking project. Sam came by to give us a quote and was personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient as we asked him many questions. We were not sure about the design of what we were looking for and Sam even took the time to take us to the local stone yard to show us the various options/ colour palettes. After this level of care, we were sold and we ended up hiring them to install the new interlock in the backyard, side of the house and driveway extension. Sam and his team did a WONDERFUL & WORLD CLASS job and we couldn't be happier. The entire process was smooth, Sam was responsive and the entire project was completed on time, on budget and completed to perfection! We were very pleased with the service Andrew provided. He went above and beyond, using his ingenuity to properly install our new kitchen faucet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained how we should further maintain the faucet. He arrived on time and tidied up before he left. He even told us to drain our hot water tank annually and to call him if we have any questions. We will definitely use Andrew's services again.

AJ and his crew did a fantastic job on the renovation of our basement bathroom and laundry room. He took the time to listen to our asks and executed them well in a timely manner. This was a difficult job as there was a restriction of space and making it more complex than an average job. However, they showed up on time everyday, with uniform (regardless of the trade that was in) and completed the job with a high degree of professionalism. What made AJ different from other companies is his attention to details and thinking and planning ahead. He suggested completing a number of preventative, add-on, nice to have features which demonstrated his passion for his work and importance of getting things done well. I contacted GC General Contracting. Gigi responded quick and efficiently. Then he sent in a wonderful guy to tape and mud after he got the drywall up in record time. The taper did an amazing job over and above what he needed to do. Gigi has then been in contact with me to make sure I am happy with how the work has come out. Finished result is amazing couldn't ask for anything better.

We had old decks and fence that needed replacing. Deckmaster was patient with us as we worked out the timing and they were able to do our project before season end. The job was lightly complicated with an upper deck and lower deck built 30 odd years ago. Oleg and his crew made it look easy. They did a great job working flat out and finished in 6 working days.
