Rifat and his team are pros! Great communication, came to our home with samples, recommendations, and answered all the questions we had. Quote was shared very quickly and project was completed on time and on budget. About the project: We had LVP installed across two levels of our home (approximately 1,100 square feet) and carpet installed on the stairs leading upstairs and to the basement. Rifat, Yusuf, and the rest of Rifat’s team showed a great attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship. I highly recommend Rifat to anyone looking to have their flooring replaced.

We knew Hernani and his dad for a while and had been looking at getting a driveway built by them. We had seen their work on their own driveway and it looked great. Based on that trust, we decided to get our own built by then. Its a very big 3 car driveway. The job started off in a timely manner, however the finishing is not what we expected. Our driveway had depressions where water started accumulating. There were also lots of holes where water started filling up. They made attempts to rectify the work, buts its not fixable. We later found out they had contracted out the entire driveway to another company while we were under the impression we were hiring them to do it. We just looked at the driveway midwinter and it looks like this driveway wont last for more than 2 seasons, we feel completely ripped off. Unfortunately I would not recommend them for driveway projects. At the end, we feel like we paid for low quality work whereas multiple neighbors in our area for beautiful driveways built for way less.

Project: Below grade entrance and finish basement Our requirement was to get a below-grade entrance and then complete our basement. Unfortunately, our journey to achieving this was nothing short of a nightmare. The first company we hired took our payment and vanished. The second company, which promised to complete the job in three weeks, dragged it out for a year with endless follow-ups, delivered the worst possible workmanship, and ultimately failed the inspection. They then abandoned the project entirely and wouldn’t even take our calls. After spending 1.5 times our budget and dealing with so much frustration, we lost all trust in contractors. Our basement project was put on hold indefinitely because we feared even more complications. Then, through a referral we engaged an engineer Tej from Vin Engineering Inc. to work with us on our legal basement. We wanted to maximize the space in the basement and he accommodate our request, provided some great suggestions to add value to the basement from a long term perpective. In the process of securing the approvals we discussed the issues with failed inspect for below grade entrance. Hearing our story he recommended Aozat Inc. with whom he had worked before. Hitesh and Parixit from Aozat Inc. listened to our concerns, patiently reviewed the failed inspection issues, and provided a clear quote and timeline to complete the project. Given our skepticism and trust issues, they were incredibly flexible, breaking the contract into phases to accommodate us and build our confidence with them. The entire Aozat team was patient, understanding, and professional throughout. They made this entire process easy for us. They always accommodated our requests and never once showed frustration. All approvals were secured at the required stages, ensuring a smooth and compliant process. What stood out most was how the owner and the lead manager of Aozat of the company kept us grounded on costs, making sure we didn’t exceed our budget. Their transparency and honesty were truly commendable. The basement turned out fantastic. We didn’t have to oversee anything, the speed, efficiency in managing different contractors, and their professionalism were admirable and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for your outstanding service and support! ❤️ Wishing your crew all the best in everything you do in the future. I won’t hesitate to bring you back for my next project!
