I’ll summarize this as immature and unreliable. Knowing our hot-tub delivery deadline, we agreed to start the concrete pad project the same week on Friday. I canceled other contractors and signed a contract. Later, Tony asked to push the project to Sunday (which was awkward since it was Easter). He then realized everything was closed and asked to extend it to the following Wednesday or Thursday. I rescheduled the hot-tub delivery with the pool company because the concrete needed to cure, and there was no way to pour it on time. On Wednesday, I received a call that he can perform the job next month, not tomorrow. So, I am left without a pad and couldn’t find a contractor at this price because of the delivery I can't re-schedule again. He wasted a week of my time and money as I need to pay extra to perform this job on time. To be fair, he was communicative and returned my deposit...yet I hope he will learn the lesson that schedules have real consequences. There was water coming into our basement in a particular spot which Slaw agreed to fix for the above price. It is about 5-6 feet in length and was worked on 11 July 2022. Now, there is absolutely no change in the amount of water that kept on coming in through the exact the same location. There is a 20 year warranty on this job and we hope to have Slaw contact us or be receptive to our request when we call him about this in due course. We are very pleased with MMT. We shopped around a bit and met with different contractors. We were impressed with Mario from the beginning. We were given a couple of options and prices. Very respectful staff and Mario explained everything involved in the process. No hidden fees. Very thorough and efficient. Completed job in time frame stated. I would like to thank Vladimir for the excellent work he did on my kitchen renovation. He and his assistant dismantled the old kitchen. He repaired the ceiling and walls: puttying and painting them. He designed and helped me purchase a new kitchen and install it. He was professional, attentive and responsive throughout the process. I am very pleased with his work.
