I required a company to remove and fill in my 14 foot x 20 foot in ground swimming pool and hired Dynasty Renovation. Luke and Max, along with their crew came on time and did the work in five days. There were no delays. They stayed on budget and even did more than originally anticipated. I can highly recommend both Luke and Max for both their work ethic and very pleasant personalities.

Andy offered a great price and his crew worked efficiently and quickly. He covered a range of different items: installing a retaining wall, installing an interlock walkway, shrub clearing, drainage work, installing a fence and laying sod. I'm really happy with the work and intend to use him next time I need landscaping. He was extremely flexible and worked around a changing scope and difficult scheduling issues.

I engaged Moose Group for a major renovation of my semi-detached East York home throughout the summer and fall of 2023. From the first meeting, their chief estimator, Steve, was knowledgeable, applied no pressure (encouraging us to get other quotes) and was a consummate professional. After engaging Moose for a full basement installation (office, rec room, laundry room, utility closet, bathroom, new stairs with storage underneath), full hvac installation, upstairs bathroom reno, front porch enclosure, and new flooring and painting throughout, Steve remained engaged with the project. His numerous connections, problem solving skills and overall ability to get things done, were invaluable with the many questions and complications that arise on a large-scale renovation in an old house. Thank you Steve! Moose assigned us a day-to-day point person, Nick, who was on-site everyday coordinating the many tradespeople, engineers, and inspectors on site and keeping us close to our timeline and trouble-shooting and handling issues as they arose. Alex, in charge of the homes division, and Mark, the CEO of Moose, also regularly checked in on progress and assisted when needed, particularly with permits, or paperwork required for rebates, etc. I was extremely happy with the finished work and even happier that the quoted estimate was exactly what we paid for each element of the reno, unless we opted to change or upgrade something. There were no hidden costs and no unexpected price increases, which is rare in my experience. We have received many compliments, especially on our front porch and basement. The basement bathroom turned out particularly nicely and Id like to give a shout-out to Andy for his beautiful work on the tile and grout! My only advice to prospective clients is to make a point to visit the showroom in-person to ensure youre happy with selections as colours and textures can appear different virtually than in-person, and to come with ideas and pictures and plans for the designer to work with to arrive at exactly the design you want. I strongly recommend Moose for your home renovation!

We'd like to start off this review with a HUGE, thank you to Dmitry and his amazing team of professionals! My husband and I had been contemplating finishing our basement for a few years now. However, like most people today, looking to pursue such a project we had a lot to consider.... The quality of work (of course), time to complete the project, and most of all the cost. With much thought we contacted five different companies both big and small to come into our home to see our space and provide us with what we hoped would be a honest and fair estimate base on our "VISION" and our "BUDGET" With allot to consider, we ultimately decided to go with Dmitry, and we are extremely happy we did!! Dmitry checked all the boxes..... - completion of the project was executed in a timely manner (ten weeks) - Dmitry provided options to purchase from his catalogue or choose our own finishes where Dmitry was very accommodating. - Communication was great. We always knew when any member of Dmitry's team would show up so that we were prepared. - And of course our budget. Dmitry's quote for this project was the most favourable in comparison to the other quotes we'd received. Even with adding in new finishes and details throughout the process. However, what truly sealed the deal for us was knowing that we would be dealing directly with Dmitry as our project manager. This was extremely important as we consider ourselves to be highly detailed and quality driven people. We had a very specific vision in mind which Dmitry was excited to take on and eager to tackle working closely with us to meet any and all expectations. The quality of craftsmanship and level of detail surly exceeded our expectations. A huge shout out to Vitaly (The Finisher), tile, flooring, painters, plumbers, electricians, drywall, and cleaning crews. We truly appreciate everyone's dedication and hard work. Snow Valley Review Snow Valley Kitchens came highly recommended by friends and neighbours. We purchased a bungalow, which was 20+ years old, and required an update. Rod, the owner, immediately visited our home and fit us into his demanding schedule. What we thought was initially a kitchen and ensuite renovation became a full main floor renovation. Our first meeting with Rod was in his showroom where we were presented with several options. In addition to selecting cabinets, countertops, hardwood, etc. Rod recommended we accompany him to select tile, appliances, fixtures, bathtub, etc. at several local businesses at discounted contract prices. At our next meeting we were presented with a detailed renovation specification sheet, including 2D drawings, and a very fair payment structure. Rod and his team of workers and contractors did an AMAZING job. Their PROFESSIONAL hard working work ethic, and QUALITY of custom work, throughout the 6 month renovation, was OUTSTANDING. The timely organization of all contractors and delivery of materials ensured a consistent flow. We were presented with options, like heated flooring in the ensuite bathroom, during the progression of the renovation. The EXCEPTIONAL quality of work and attention to detail transformed our house into an amazing living space that we enjoy and comment on almost everyday.
