Hired X & H Construction thru a big box stores installation services because of their very competitive and fair pricing, which included a $2000 discount. The work performed was to create a powder room in a bedroom, remove old copper piping to be replaced by PVC and to replace a mouldy ceiling in another bathroom. The work was completed in 3 days and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. There was a lot of messages going back and forth as we had plenty of questions but Carrie Who is the project coordinator was very helpful every step of the way. All in all, we are very pleased with how the powder room looks and operates. Their team was very professional and courteous. Would absolutely hire them again for future porjects! Great work X&H team!

I contacted GCR through HomeStars. Derek responded very quickly and provided an initial estimate. He was also very flexible and came over for a detailed estimate on time. He was thorough with his work and even suggested us to use Owen’s cornering which is high quality materials and avoid others. His team arrived on time and completed the job very efficiently all in one day. We lived in a semi detached with our neighbour and so we completed both houses together. His team’s workmanships was quality work and took photos before and after to show us. Their team replaced the plumbing vent flashing as well as replaced our vents with metal for an extra fee. They also did a great job cleaning up. His prices were very reasonable as well. He also provided detail quotes and offered warranty for his job. It’s been 3 months and so far there hasn’t been any issues. I found Derek and his team to be very professional throughout. Overall I would recommend Derek and his team again! Thank you Derek !

It was a pleasure working with Saba and her team. We had interviewed several companies prior and upon meeting Saba, we immediately knew we would be happy with the outcome. During our first meeting, she listened to our wish list, walked through our home and provided ideas that we hadn’t thought of. We were always on the same page about style and functionality of our home. She requested shared Houzz and Pinterest boards so she could really understand what we were hoping for. She was also up front about the various costs we would incur throughout the process. During the drawing and design process, her team was extremely responsive, patient and accommodating. They were open to feedback and revisions. They also facilitated most communication with other third parties that were required (arborist, mechanical engineers, City of Mississauga, etc.). Saba negotiated prices and services on our behalf to ensure we were getting the best price. Her team also managed the entire permit process with the City on our behalf. They kept us up to date with regular communication and explained the process clearly. Our permits were granted quickly due to Saba’s team submitting all of the required documents and responding quickly to inquiries. Absolutely amazing, these guys really know what theyre doing and it shows. I was extremely unhappy with how my basement looked. It wasnt very welcoming. I found Pro Life Renovations to drywall repair, paint and do some touches ups. I couldnt be more happy with my basement now. I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and Jason to restore my client's unit after it was left in terrible condition by a previous tenant. The tenant had caused significant damage, including broken doors, a damaged sliding door, and extensive harm to the bathroom, along with scuff marks and wall damage throughout the unit. Jonathan and Jason were incredibly efficient and professional in addressing all the issues. They replaced the doors, repaired the sliding door, repainted the entire space, and performed thorough patchwork on the walls.
