After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors who take advantage of their clients, we were skeptical about hiring any contractor to get our kitchen renovated. My brother-in-law suggested we give Josh from Level Custom Build a call, as he knew them well. It turned out to be the best decision we made. We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Now that to me is truly impressive as it shows how organized and committed, they are towards their clients. We love what they have done with our Kitchen and dining room. Thank you, Al, Josh, Kevin, Jamal and the rest of the team. You guys gave us our Dream Kitchen. PS Shout out to Al for answering your phone every time my wife called you, no matter what time of day it was.

Lincoln and his team did a great job in building us a new, larger deck that is covered with a ceiling fan, lighting, infrared heaters and drop down screens. He used mineral based composite for the deck floor and cedar for the ceiling and TV wall. It looks awesome and it gives us an extension to our house that could be used for at least three seasons, if not all four!
