Once the work was scheduled, the work went pretty smoothly. They showed up on the scheduled date, they completed the work fairly quickly, payment was straightforward. Since this was work to repair the roof, it's too soon to tell if it was done well, but they did seem to take care in doing the job well.

I spent months looking for the right contractor for my kitchen remodel. I felt Jackson and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Instead of trying to oversell, Jackson gave me options on where to save money. He would tell me the pros and cons of all my decisions. I've never had a contractor this transparent. They handled every step of the project with exceptional care and professionalism. From the careful teardown, through the precise installation, all the way to the thorough cleanup at the end. What really stood out was their attention to detail and cost. Both of these usually don't come together. Every aspect of the job was done with precision and pride. They took the time to ensure everything was not only done correctly but also cost effective. I was genuinely impressed by how smoothly the entire process went and how there were no supplemental charges. I have a massive three level deck that has not been stained in nearly a decade. I found Jorge (Pormex owner) through Homestars and despite no reviews asked for a quote. I already had 3 quotes but was not impressed by the other organizations quoting. Some were priced very high and others didn't seem to know what had to be done to stain a deck i.e. power washing first. I had a bad experience the last time it was stained because the painter sent a junior person who was sloppy and couldn't paint an edge getting stain all over the many glass panels on the deck. and dripping stain on the surfaces under one deck. Jorge's quote was right in the middle but his knowledge of what was required and the suggestions he made impressed me - I have done a fair amount of painting/staining myself but was not prepared to take on this massive job. This was a challenging job because of many factors that meant a lot of detail work. Jorge showed up when promised. He worked non-stop for days. He was very meticulous and very neat in every aspect and clearly took pride in his work as hidden areas were as carefully done as obvious areas. 12 gallons of stain and more than a week later I have a flawlessly finished deck(s). I will no doubt have Jorge back again for interior work.

Andrea was absolutely fantastic! Every part of his service was top notch. He arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and was beyond reasonable in every aspect! After fixing our issue, he called out of courtesy to check in a few hours later to see if everything was working properly, and even hopped on a video call to confirm everything. Maybe better than all, he was so kind and patient with how he explained all of the issues that transpired with our toilet and plumbing systems. He is absolutely going to be our point person when it comes to any plumbing issue moving forward. Highly recommend, as he is equally a great person as he is skilled in his trade! Please consider this recommendation when looking for someone relate to these issues in the future!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this person. My fridge was giving me a serious headache, and he came in and completely saved the day. From the moment he started working, it was obvious how much skill, experience, and care he brought to the job. He didn’t rush anything, he took his time to properly diagnose the issue, explained what was going on, and then fixed it with precision. You can tell this is someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing. The level of effort and attention to detail he put in was impressive, and it showed in the final result. My fridge is now working perfectly, better than it has in a long time. On top of that, he was professional, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile, this is your guy. I would 100% recommend him and will absolutely be calling him again for any future repairs.
