They are the best! Their expertise, technical knowledge, quality and communication are excellent. I worked with them for mold inspection and air quality testing. I got in a contact with a lot of other companies before to get some quotes but none of them sounded as convincing as Inch by Inch inspection. Tony sent me the quotes on time and spent almost half an hour on the phone to explain me the process, what they will do, which equipments they will use..etc. As an engineer, this was so important to me. Also, while Tony was doing the inspection he made sure he is checking every single point on the walls, floors and ceiling in order not to miss any potential issue. At the same time, he answered all my questions kindly and patiently. We selected Smart Bathrooms out of three companies we contacted and we were not disappointed. Natallia oversaw the project from start to finish and helped us select fittings and finishes. The crew, Vasyl and Dan, did an excellent job and their work was meticulous - and they tidied up at the end of each day. We had a couple of glitches on the project but Natallia dealt with them quickly and efficiently, and we finished only a few days behind schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Bathrooms but be prepared to pay top dollar for good work.

The Alpine Roofing experience was excellent from start to finish. They came out quickly for a quote following damage to our rain gutters after an ice storm. They did not try and upsell me even though I asked whether we should replace some of the aging system that was not damaged. They confirmed the rest was in good shape and only quoted the damage that needed repairing. The team came out within a couple of days, completed the work. Quick, honest and great quality. What more can you ask for. I had Matt and his team coming to repair my concrete driveway in 2023. By Winter 2024 the repaired surface started to peel off. After multiple requests, Matt came back and applied another layer of liquid granite. After 2024 to 2025 winter season, the surface peeled even worse, the peeled off chips went into my landscape, stuck on my shoes and it keeps remiting an awful ordor in hot days. I have been requesting another retouch from the owner and yet to receive a solution.

Sever Homes took on our dream project and transformed the central living space in our home to one that we can’t imagine living without! The project came in on budget within the initial timelines agreed. The owner is an outstanding lead contractor and maintained a regular communication flow so we were kept updated on status constantly. The quality of finish is superb. He has a keen eye for function and design and he provided solid guidance at every key stage. He saved us precious time by directing us to selective third party vendors and even accompanied us on shopping trips and planning meetings to ensure all involved collaborated in an effective manner, thereby keeping the pace of progress on track. When we met with any unexpected complexities/challenges he provided solid rationale for workable solutions, always upholding the integrity of the design. He is well respected within the industry, as evidenced by the strong relationships he has with a stand-up group of sub-trades.
