We hired Coverall Roofing in October this year to replace our entire shingle roofs plus a flat roof, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. Communication was top-notch. Joe was the point of contact and he kept us updated at every step and gave us a heads-up whenever unexpected changes came up, which helped us feel fully informed throughout the project. They took extra care to ensure that both our property and our neighbours' were well-protected, which we greatly appreciated. The team was punctual and incredibly hardworking, arriving on time every morning and putting in full days to keep the project on schedule, minimizing the disruption during the construction. One aspect that stood out was their dedication to cleanliness. In particular, they performed cleanup at the end the day every day, not just on the last day. In addition, they then made sure everything was returned to its original place by the end of the project. Our yard and surroundings were clean by the time they were done. Overall, they handled what seemed like a major project so smoothly and efficiently that the entire experience was far easier and more seamless than we anticipated.

Mehdi and his crew did a great job in our mudroom, he's a very reliable contractor, good at communications, and pleasant to deal with. We liked his suggestion to add a built-in closet, which was a great addition to our project. Job was completed on time (although the schedule had to be pushed a bit while we waited for some materials) and with great attention to detail. We had to leave the house towards the end of the work, but we felt we could totally trust him to complete the job without direct supervision and are very happy with the result.

I engaged Moose Group for a major renovation of my semi-detached East York home throughout the summer and fall of 2023. From the first meeting, their chief estimator, Steve, was knowledgeable, applied no pressure (encouraging us to get other quotes) and was a consummate professional. After engaging Moose for a full basement installation (office, rec room, laundry room, utility closet, bathroom, new stairs with storage underneath), full hvac installation, upstairs bathroom reno, front porch enclosure, and new flooring and painting throughout, Steve remained engaged with the project. His numerous connections, problem solving skills and overall ability to get things done, were invaluable with the many questions and complications that arise on a large-scale renovation in an old house. Thank you Steve! Moose assigned us a day-to-day point person, Nick, who was on-site everyday coordinating the many tradespeople, engineers, and inspectors on site and keeping us close to our timeline and trouble-shooting and handling issues as they arose. Alex, in charge of the homes division, and Mark, the CEO of Moose, also regularly checked in on progress and assisted when needed, particularly with permits, or paperwork required for rebates, etc. I was extremely happy with the finished work and even happier that the quoted estimate was exactly what we paid for each element of the reno, unless we opted to change or upgrade something. There were no hidden costs and no unexpected price increases, which is rare in my experience. We have received many compliments, especially on our front porch and basement. The basement bathroom turned out particularly nicely and Id like to give a shout-out to Andy for his beautiful work on the tile and grout! My only advice to prospective clients is to make a point to visit the showroom in-person to ensure youre happy with selections as colours and textures can appear different virtually than in-person, and to come with ideas and pictures and plans for the designer to work with to arrive at exactly the design you want. A toilet in our house came away from the floor in a way that broke the flange it was bolted to. I called MT Drains because they had done a fine repair job in our kitchen a few months earlier. Viktoriya in the office was very friendly & helpful in getting us a cost estimate in a timely fashion and setting up an appointment to fix the problem that fit our schedules. We received email confirmation and reminder of the appointment, and a text confirmation on the morning of the appointment itself. The technician, Amir, arrived a few minutes before the start of the window for the appointment, which I always appreciate a lot! He was friendly, polite and professional. He assessed the repair requirements, confirmed the estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. Amir also cleaned up everything and even took the garbage away with him. Viktoriya followed up shortly thereafter by phone to check that we were pleased with the job, and then sent the invoice to me for the agreed amount.
