I thought Mustafa did a great job on laying the tiles. However the job was delayed by 1 week and I had 3 rooms to remove the tiles and lay the new tiles. With the delay I removed the tiles from one room and cleaned up all the thin set. When he finally arrived to do the work he said wow good job that was a lot of work. Yes it was a lot of work but he did not reduce his price at all. He helped move the appliances and removed a set of sliding doors, shoe rail on the baseboards and one kick plate on the kitchen cupboards. When he finished tiling he said that he was finished and was ready to go. I asked about reinstalling the shoe rail on the baseboards, the sliding doors etc. he said he lays tiles the other stuff is not his job. I feel that if you take it apart that you should put it back. Good thing I’m handy or I would have had to hire a carpenter. I had to cut the kickplate to fit drill holes in porcelain make new moulding due to breakage. Finally he cleaned nothing.

Alex and his team from Green Clean Mobile Wash did a great job at my house. As usually after the winter time, my house didn't look clean. Pressure washing seemed to be a good solution to make it look nice again and it was a good decision. Green Clean Mobile Wash not only cleaned the exterior of my house (siding and gutters), but also driveway, walkway, wood deck and my wood fence. Everything looked new and shiny again! -the project took longer than necessary started the work with his son the first 2 weeks then he worked alone for the remaining time -agreement was 50% down and 50% balance upon completion of project -about 1 week after receiving first installation payment every other week he asked to be paid and othertimes he begged that he needed the money -He used the cheapest grade of artificial tarp and used old rusty nails- never secured correctly - he walked away with any excess material that remained from the project. -

The job was supposed to take 4 days and we're currently on day 11 and its still not done. 12 tiles need replacing due to them popping up. Petr does not want to repair them. Multiple issues of no shows for the job and half days with different reasons each time. There is mortor all over our AC unit and siding due to the washing there buckets right beside the house. Also damaged drywall from removing the trim. I would not recommend him.

We started our renovation with such high hopes but the project ended prematurely (and was left incomplete) leaving us with absolute disappointment. We had to hire another company to fix the shoddy work Luis left behind. Luis can do alot of things but unfortunately in our home he did nothing really well. Based on the work he did for us, I can only conclude that he is nothing more than a glorified handyman parading as a professional contractor. My suggestion is to keep looking. He was a nightmare. If you read Luis' reply to this post, don't believe a word - just look at the pics. He is trying to paint me as the problem when he needs to look into the mirror. This job was not finished as Luis was fired from the project due to poor workmanship. He makes it sound like he returned my money but this is untrue. He paid back a small portion of the pre-paid installment payments which were made in good faith and on time. Despite what he says below, he just could not deliver what he promised and what he did deliver was generally sub-par. A third contractor (not hired) that saw pics of the work said, "The picture you sent me needs to be completely torn out, absolutely terrible work, Im not touching that with a 12ft pole. Sorry man, dont take it the wrong way. Im not interested in fixing anyone elses work or having someone elses work be the base for my work. If youre not willing to tear that out, Ill pass."

Me and My Family have used Jamie's Lawn Care going on three years. Jamie and his guys replaced my lawn 2 summers ago and have since maintained it with regular fertilizing and aeration. we also have become very dependant on Jamie as we no longer like to cut our own lawn we leave it up to him to keep the property looking great all summer. The job is Always done when scheduled and the guys are all friendly. I would recommend Jamie's Lawn Care and have to all my friends and family and will continue to use him for years to come hopefully!

I hired this company to clean the gutters and add one downspout. The gutters are only 1.5 stories off the ground and about 45 feet in total. I was charged over $500 which I paid. I was home with my very alert dog on the day I was told the gutters were cleaned and I didn’t hear a thing. But I went on their word that they were cleaned. They kept delaying the downspout work over 3 months so I decided to cancel the work. This was in September and I was advised I would be refunded the amount of just over $300. I am still waiting for my refund.
