I have a strong appreciation for precision, efficiency, and problem-solving, so when we decided to renovate our home, I knew I wanted a company that shared those values. Reno Rabbit exceeded every expectation. Their attention to detail and clear, proactive communication made what could have been a stressful process remarkably seamless. Working with Mustafa and Yekaterina was a standout experience. They werent just executing a projectthey were invested in understanding our needs and making sure no detail was overlooked. We wanted to maximize every inch of our kitchen and eliminate dead space, and they delivered a custom wood kitchen with PET doors that is not only stunning but also hyper-functional. Every corner is utilized with ingenious storage solutions and innovative gadgets that make day-to-day life easier. Its clear they thought through every aspect of the design with precision and care. The flooring installation throughout our main level is equally impressive. The large-format tiles look flawless, and the use of Schluter Ditra for the underlayment showed their commitment to doing things the right way, not just the easiest way. To ensure the job was done to perfection, they also used Schluters KERDI-BAND to seal the entire parimeter of the main level, which is something I hadnt even realized was an option. On top of that, they went the extra mile by sealing all the tiles and grout after installation to preserve their beautiful, brand-new look. Its a detail I didnt know existed, but Im so glad they thought of it. Reno Rabbit doesnt just complete renovations; they engineer solutions. The entire experiencefrom planning to executionwas handled with expertise, professionalism, and a level of thoughtfulness that sets them apart. If youre looking for a team that truly cares about quality and getting it right, I cant recommend Reno Rabbit highly enough.

The painters themselves were polite, kind, and respectful, and I appreciated their professionalism. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the business owner. During the initial discussions, he was very persuasive and made reassuring promises—such as not requiring payment until the job was complete and ensuring the space would be left spotless. However, once the work began, he repeatedly requested payment before the job was finished and did not follow through on his commitment to leave everything clean. Additionally, he did not respect the homeowner’s instructions, instead directing the painters based on his own preferences rather than what was requested. Communication was also frustrating. When contacted by text, he would respond with unusually long, condescending messages that felt impersonal and dismissive. In hindsight, although his quote was slightly lower than others, the overall experience was not worth it. Had I known what to expect, I would not have chosen them.

I highly recommend Arthur and GoldenShepherd Contracting. We had a sudden shower leak and he was able to give us a very competitively priced estimate, start and end dates, and a detailed plan to prevent future leaks. We were very impressed with his expertise and professionalism during the course of re-tiling a shower and making it more waterproof, repairing a 3x3 ft drywall patch in the ceiling the plumbers had left, and compounding and painting the ceiling and walls. He was able to complete the work on time, stayed within his original estimate and performed excellent quality work. The shower came out stunning and the drywall patch repair was seamless and invisible (can't tell it was ever there). Arthur is a superb general contractor professional who is friendly, transparent, detailed and results oriented. We confidently recommend him for all types of repairs and renovations.

Install or replace interior doors- 16 Nov 2025
I was originally happy with the service. Then I actually looked at it in the light the next day. I had two doors installed. A double door and a single door. All three doors were new and I provided pre-made door jams from Home Depot. The double doors hit each other when you close the doors at the same time. The door latches look horrible and the single door clearly had the hole for the handle cut in the wrong spot and was filled with silicone to hid this. Now I have to replace the one glass door $200, replace the double door jam $75 and have the job done over. $300 for the instal $200 to replace the door $75 to replace door jam I have now lost $575 and the headache of doing this over again.

After about a year of looking for a company to paint our pool we finally settled on Apex Pools. Scott came and checked my pool to see what the old paint was about to make sure the two part epoxy paint Apex uses on concrete pools would adhere to the surface we had. The surface was fine so right there Scott gave me a quote and set a time frame. Two weeks later Scott came and acid washed the pool. three days later because of a rain spell he and another gentleman came and put the first coat of epoxy paint on. Two more days and the final coat was applied. All detail areas like around the perimeter were brush painted and the rest was applied with a roller. Scott was full of information and installed confidence in me and did the best job we have had done in the 30 years we have been here. IT LOOKS GREAT. Pool has been closed but Scott is welcome to show his work in the spring. Oh yes not to forget he beat my best price by $4000.00 I couldn't be happier with the choice we made!!!!!!!!

I hired Shawn for 5 days when we moved into our new apartment which needed a great amount of work including: painting, light installation, bathroom upgrade, wardrobe disassembly and upgrade and lots of problem solving around the apartment with shelving, storage solutions, and appliance installation. No problem was too big and he really took his time to identify the best solutions and make sure we were comfortable with the work.
