He was able to pivot when faced with unforeseen challenges and come up with great solutions. We had refinished our entire kitchen prior to the flooring project due to unfortunate scheduling conflicts. He managed to demolish tile and work around the newly stained kitchen with absolutely minimal touchup requirements. I trusted his opinion and honesty throughout the entire process. After about a year of looking for a company to paint our pool we finally settled on Apex Pools. Scott came and checked my pool to see what the old paint was about to make sure the two part epoxy paint Apex uses on concrete pools would adhere to the surface we had. The surface was fine so right there Scott gave me a quote and set a time frame. Two weeks later Scott came and acid washed the pool. three days later because of a rain spell he and another gentleman came and put the first coat of epoxy paint on. Two more days and the final coat was applied. All detail areas like around the perimeter were brush painted and the rest was applied with a roller. Scott was full of information and installed confidence in me and did the best job we have had done in the 30 years we have been here. IT LOOKS GREAT. Pool has been closed but Scott is welcome to show his work in the spring. Oh yes not to forget he beat my best price by $4000.00 I couldn't be happier with the choice we made!!!!!!!!

I hired O.T.M. to repair, powerwash, and paint my large deck. Trevor and Ian did a fantastic job. They were always on time, worked hard and cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the project. Trevor gave me a fair quote and stuck to the budget with no surprises. The finished product is solid construction and beautiful. I will definitely hire O.T.M. for other home projects.

Absolutely brilliant!! I've worked with a lot of contractors in the past and these guys surpassed all expectations and topped any experience I've had with contractors in the past. Professional, skilled, true to their word and very accommodating. I needed a flooring job done quickly and gave short notice. They got the job done in less than 24-hours from the time I contacted them. Not only was it picture perfect, they left my place as clean (maybe even cleaner) than I left it! AND they epitomize customer service. They were on time (actually a few minutes early). Almost unheard of in past experience. I never write reviews but I was so satisfied and impressed that I had to shout them out! Love these guys! You're in good hands. We were looking for a provider to make and install oak treads on our stairs. Jose from VDR worked with us to fully understand our needs. During our visit I mentioned that we were replacing about 900 sq ft of carpeted floors on our second level with hardwood and he mentioned that VDR also did hardwood floor installation. We hired VDR for both jobs. Their pricing was fair and competitive and and we were provided with a detailed statement work. Hardwood installation was completed in 2 days and completed about a week after agreeing to work with VDR. The stairs included new oak treads and risers. In total, the work took 4 days - the first day to remove the carpet, tackboard and staples and to measure the existing treads (the treads are not all the same size and some are angled) and then 3 days to install the new treads once they'd been manufactured and stained. We are very happy with the end result.

Paul did a complete renovation of our old-style condo from floor to ceiling including 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laying new flooring, skim coating of popcorn ceiling etc. He is very much familiar with IKEA kitchens. He can rebuilt the existing IKEA cabinet as he did for us to install the built-in exhaust. He can install all build-in appliances, fridge included. Our renovation was so called "contractor nightmare". Most of the contractors will not be able to handle it. The renovation included the installation of flush concealed doors, flush baseboards, wall mural, slate-lite panels and etc. etc. Paul took a challenge and went through as a savvy. His suggestions are useful and problem-solving. He handles jobs skilfully and cleverly. He has an eye for details and kind of finesse in his job. All veins on the tiles are matched perfectly, transition between different types of floors impeccable, ceiling look like new after skim coating. He is a top class professional contractor. I would recommend him not just for friends but for designers as well. He is very good in what he is doing.
