I’ve also pulled ESA permits for residential electrical work completed as an owner and successfully passed inspections. My construction experience includes full-house plumbing installations and septic connections, interior framing, drywall, decks, landscaping, and HVAC mini-split installations. I’ve completed small-scale residential electrical work such as pot lights, switches, receptacles, and dedicated circuits (15A, 20A, 30A, and 40A) where permitted. While I do not hold a master electrical or plumbing license, I take on small residential jobs, repairs, and upgrades that are appropriate for the scope, and I ensure work is completed in line with code requirements, permits, and inspections. Licensed professionals are brought in when required. I focus on proper preparation, clear communication, and doing things the right way — not shortcuts.
