Domenic has been very professional all throughout our interactions. His initial response was timely and friendly and quickly came down to assess my project. He was very receptive to some of my unconventional requests and worked with my budget. Once work began, Domenic went above and beyond what was listed in our contract. Out of pocket he did further repairs on my garage and did not come back to me with additional costs. His main concern was the integrity of the job and I was very impressed with his level of professionalism. I have future projects to tackle in the near future and will certainly be hiring Domenic of Blue Ladder Improvements again.

When we found ourselves suddenly in need to put our house on the market asap, I turned to Homestars to get a quote to have the whole interior of the house painted in a short amount of time. Peter answered the request quickly and we had an appointment for a quote right way. From the first moment he arrive I got a good feeling he understood exactly what we needed done, the repairs required. He took the time to explain the different paints and colours and how they would look in different lighting. He also advised which colours would work best for potential buyers. He was also able to accommodate our timeline to have the job finished. As my husband is a night shift worker and his team were very conscientious and considerate as to plan the noisier parts of the project to be done before my husband had to retire to bed. They worked quietly and quickly while he was asleep and left the house tidy every evening before they left. The job was finished on time and with minimal disruption to our lives. He always responded promptly to my texts and were back quickly to touch up a few small oopss that were noticed after the paint had dried for a couple of days.
