YSS construction saved my day! I am doing a home renovation and got a little over my head with the drywall. Junior helped me out huge by applying a nice clean second coat of mud and got my project back on track. He was prompt and responsive to my messages and worked to accommodate my timing. Artem completed a full demolition of tile and existing flooring and the installation of engineered hardwood within 1 week. His attention to detail is second to none. He was able to pivot when faced with unforeseen challenges and come up with great solutions. We had refinished our entire kitchen prior to the flooring project due to unfortunate scheduling conflicts. Quick to respond. Came as scheduled for the initial consultation. Easy to deal with. I had to postpone a couple of times due to the weather and they were very understanding of the situation. Asked Mitch and the team to help us refresh some house trim and also, repaint the pool cabana and trellis in the yard (last two not painted in 20+ years). While we had some weather delays - too hot and humid and then rain - once they got to work they remained committed to completing the job no matter what challenges they faced. They remained on our job until it was complete and worked to deliver the best possible results. Communication with Mitch was continuous and clear throughout the project. Having people come and work on your home is always stressful.not sure how it is going to work out. Thankfully, this young company is energetic and focused on succeeding and it shows in how they show up for work and stay until the job is done. We would highly recommend you speak to Mitch about any painting you need done - indoors or out - and give them a chance to show you what they can do for your home.

Paul did a complete renovation of our old-style condo from floor to ceiling including 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laying new flooring, skim coating of popcorn ceiling etc. He is very much familiar with IKEA kitchens. He can rebuilt the existing IKEA cabinet as he did for us to install the built-in exhaust. He can install all build-in appliances, fridge included. Our renovation was so called "contractor nightmare". Most of the contractors will not be able to handle it. The renovation included the installation of flush concealed doors, flush baseboards, wall mural, slate-lite panels and etc. etc. Paul took a challenge and went through as a savvy. His suggestions are useful and problem-solving. He handles jobs skilfully and cleverly. He has an eye for details and kind of finesse in his job. All veins on the tiles are matched perfectly, transition between different types of floors impeccable, ceiling look like new after skim coating. He is a top class professional contractor. I would recommend him not just for friends but for designers as well. He is very good in what he is doing.
