Our little team arrived on time and were friendly, cheerful and hard-working. Preparing for the paint job was a bit of a pain, but definitely worth the trouble as everything now looks so clean and fresh. I would highly recommend this company as being very professional in its approach to a task, with workers who are knowledgeable and competent in carrying out their assignment.

My wife and I hired D Jennings Contracting Inc. to complete a renovation project for us. Demar and the team were able to take the remaining unfinished portion of our basement and created 3 amazing individual areas for us; a beautiful 3-piece bathroom, a wonderful laundry room and an extra room which we can use as a formal office. We are so very grateful to the entire D Jennings team. Special thanks go out to Demar, Ricardo, Kimar, Ziggy, Kevin and Justin for their hard work. It was truly a pleasure working with all of them on this project. We are very happy with the results. Our friends know how pleased we are with the work done on our house, and are now working with the D Jennings Contracting Inc. team to have a large 2-bedroom legal basement apartment created at their house. We hired Caio and his team several years ago to do a complete renovation of the ground floor of our home, which is over 100 years old. The work they did was spectacular and included the installation of in-floor heating and removal of radiators. We were very satisfied. When the time came to renovate our second floor bathroom, Caio was the first person we called. Their work is impeccable and their attention to detail (which is very important to us) is impressive. But more than that, Caio and Luis are professional, polite and honest people. They listen, respect your home (and keep a very clean work site) and do what they say. We highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them again in the future.

Construction Contracting - Radoslav did an excellent job on several projects around the house. He built a new porch railing, painted both the interior and exterior, and took care of a few small odd jobs as well. Everything was completed on time and with great attention to detail. The cost was fair, and the overall experience was smooth and professional. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would definitely hire him again.

We selected Smart Bathrooms out of three companies we contacted and we were not disappointed. Natallia oversaw the project from start to finish and helped us select fittings and finishes. The crew, Vasyl and Dan, did an excellent job and their work was meticulous - and they tidied up at the end of each day. We had a couple of glitches on the project but Natallia dealt with them quickly and efficiently, and we finished only a few days behind schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Bathrooms but be prepared to pay top dollar for good work.

Paul and his team did an incredible job removing and replacing the caulking around our home. They took their time to carefully remove 3 layers of old caulking and did a masterful job with the colour matching and application of the new caulking. Their goal is to make the caulking disappear and they certainly achieved that! We are so impressed with Paul’s knowledge and work ethic. Work area was spotless when by the time they left.
