The entire process was smooth and efficient, and the quality of work was exceptional. The Kitchen designer (Andre) did an outstanding job with the kitchen renovation. From the initial design phase to the final installation, their attention to detail was evident. The new layout and the quality of the materials used exceeded our expectations. The bathroom renovation was also a great success. The team demonstrated attention to space utilization and the overall aesthetic of the bathroom were impressive. Throughout the project, Mark and his team maintained communication. They were always responsive to our questions and concerns, which made the entire process stress-free. Mark was particularly aware of the condo building regulations, which ensured a seamless renovation process without any issues with the building management. The team's professionalism and respect for our property were noteworthy. Repair kitchen cabinets- 7 Feb 2025
We had the pleasure of working with Chromatist Painters to paint our kitchen cabinets and do some drywall touch-ups. The team was flexible with our project start date, and Donna was helpful with helping us select the right shade of paint for our cabinets. Once the painting started, the team was very professional, respectful and friendly. They were detail oriented with their work and ensured that the final product was better than what we could have expected. We are very happy with the final product and would definitely recommend their work.

-the project took longer than necessary started the work with his son the first 2 weeks then he worked alone for the remaining time -agreement was 50% down and 50% balance upon completion of project -about 1 week after receiving first installation payment every other week he asked to be paid and othertimes he begged that he needed the money -He used the cheapest grade of artificial tarp and used old rusty nails- never secured correctly - he walked away with any excess material that remained from the project. -

We contacted Filadelfia after working with three other contractors we weren't satisfied with. (The first one, a kitchen reno, cut all the ground wires during his install - no idea why. We found out a year later and had to rewire the kitchen. The second turned a month-long job into a 6 month saga. The third built a deck that we had to have fixed only a year later.) Needless to say, I was cautious. You can tell Rodney and his team were going to be different from the second you meet them. People of a certain age will understand what I mean when I say they are about the 'old school' service: They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They quoted and stuck to the quote. They kept their word. They did good work. They were respectful of the neighbours. They finished earlier than they promised. The whole package. Whereas other contractors would send one or two people, disappear for a few days, and then get back to it, there were usually 3 to 6 people from the Filadelfia team onsite the entire time. They wanted to get the job done - and done well - and get on to the next one. That's how I work, and I appreciate it in others. We have at least 4 more jobs to do, and we'll call Rodney for all of them.

The two guys who did the job were very polite and friendly, and did there best to help me move around the construction area when necessary. I have hired HLE flooring on two occasions. The first was a major house renovation that involved re-leveling a significant portion of th floor and installing 1500 sqr feet of new hardwood and replacing my treads and risers on my main staircase. The team from HLE flooring were amazing and onsite when they promised and worked long hours to complete the job. They care about the quality of the work they deliver and their attention to detail is second to none. My second project involves 1500 sqr feet of new hardwood installed in my upstairs hallway and bedrooms as well as another major staircase renovation involving treads, risers and a new hand railing. The results were stunning and the HLE team again delivered an amazing outcome that exceeded my expectations. Would use them for all my flooring projects going forward.
