Wagner and his team were excellent to work with. From the initial consultation to the actual work itself, I was impressed with the level of communication, the willingness to share ideas and do his best to give us a great quote and his professionalism throughout the process. Wagner and his team always came exactly when they said they would and did their best to complete things as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. They were here at 8am Monday to Friday and stayed until about 4pm. We have 2 young kids so he brought extra crew with him the first week so that our new floor could get installed more quickly and be less stress on our family. They also cleaned up after themselves every day and left no tools laying around. It was the little things that showed how much his team cared and the thoughtfulness they put into their work. He has great ideas and really felt like a partner in the process. He's great with attention to detail as well as feedback and additional requests. We had our floors changed all throughout the main floor, baseboards, paint, full bathroom overhaul, kitchen cabinets refaced and additional cabinets added, new countertop, backsplash, sink, lighting, light switches, and mantle changed too. The transformation was amazing and he was patient with us and our many questions as we went through the process. We did have some delays with the timing due to our cabinets not being ready in time but with the existing supply chain issues, it was understandable. I'd recommend Wagner and his team 100% and plan to call them again when we do our upstairs. See below for pics for before and after.

We hired Matt and his team to build a second floor addition for our house in 2225 Ghent Ave, Burlington, ON in 2018. We got his name from our trusted friend who is an engineer in the industry. The price was reasonable for big project like this. It is not the cheapest price we got but we know we can rely on the team to get the job done on time. We started talking in Dec 2017 and moved out in Apr 2018. We are very specific that we need the job to be done in Sept 2018 before the school year. The team delivered the project on time. Matt and his team had to worked overtime to meet the deadline. They delivered despite there were issues with his family (we are really sorry to hear about his wife's hospitalization), the weather and the city inspection near last minutes. We got Matt to quote some smaller minor project but the price wasn't something we would move forward. If we have medium and big project, we would go back to his team because of their price, professional manner and ability to deliver project ON TIME.

Carlos and team did a phenomenal job constructing a fence and deck for my above ground pool. Carlos was available for every appointment we had with the pool installers and was super flexible with all the changes I made as the project evolved. His workmanship was top notch, always on time and kept us informed through the project. Carlos is also a kind soul and very easy to work with. It felt like more of a friendship then a business relationship. Funny, easy to talk to and he was excellent with explaining how the project would be managed. I highly recommend Carlos for any home renovation you need and I will be calling on him again for any future renovations. Thank you so much.. I am in love with new backyard oasis.

We had 310RENO completely transform our master ensuite, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. From the moment we reached out, their response was quick and professional, and their design team had a clear plan put together within a short time. Their design team was fantastic to work with and guided us through everything from tile selections to colours and the overall layout. Construction stayed on schedule and within the budget we were given, which was very important to us. The workmanship was top-notch, and it was clear the team takes pride in doing things properly and to a high standard. A steam shower was created that required a sloped shower ceiling, and they pulled it off beautifully. Communication was always easy, whether it was with the Project Manager or the crew on site, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The final result is a beautiful, well-finished master ensuite that we absolutely love. We’re very satisfied with the entire experience and
