After about a year of looking for a company to paint our pool we finally settled on Apex Pools. Scott came and checked my pool to see what the old paint was about to make sure the two part epoxy paint Apex uses on concrete pools would adhere to the surface we had. The surface was fine so right there Scott gave me a quote and set a time frame. Two weeks later Scott came and acid washed the pool. three days later because of a rain spell he and another gentleman came and put the first coat of epoxy paint on. Two more days and the final coat was applied. All detail areas like around the perimeter were brush painted and the rest was applied with a roller. Scott was full of information and installed confidence in me and did the best job we have had done in the 30 years we have been here. IT LOOKS GREAT. Pool has been closed but Scott is welcome to show his work in the spring. Oh yes not to forget he beat my best price by $4000.00 I couldn't be happier with the choice we made!!!!!!!!

To begin, we live in a stacked townhouse with 40 stairs and tight areas in a busy neighborhood. I was afraid nobody would want the job. Joseph problem solved right from the time he came by to give a quote. His price wasn't the lowest but his quote and solutions were so thorough it felt right picking him and he did not disappoint. Our budget didn't move except for a few scope items we added and Joseph met both cost and schedule. The stairs, tiling, and hardwood are stunning. The HVAC/mechanical upgrades were much needed. The star of the show was the bathroom reno. My showers are now game changing and it's such a drastic, positive change. Joseph was so transparent during the process, stayed in constant contact, asked our opinions while giving solid advice. There were instances where he suggested we don't add cost, which is a sign of his professionalism. Would highly highly recommend him and Bold & Beautiful Design Inc. for any job. Can't say enough about how happy we are with the reno.

It is truly a pleasure to write a review for Nathanael and his team! We are one of many families on our street that have trusted our homes to Nathanael. Our project involved stripping our 2-room attic space down to the studs to build a dormer extension with a bathroom, and redo a bedroom, optimizing every inch of space. In executing the work, Nathanael and his team took the time to reinforce studs, beams and joists, taking the time and effort to attend to the subfloor to prevent creaky floors. From structural work, to HVAC/insulation, to the last finishes, no short cuts were ever taken - we truly felt Nathanael and his team cared about the project as though it was their own house. We quickly came to trust Nathanael's judgment and suggestions. No challenge was seen as a problem. Nathanael was always ready with a pragmatic, professional solution at hand that enhanced the design of the project. His highly skilled and talented team were conscientious and meticulous in their work putting long hours and working weekends to get the job done. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, Nathanael kept to his word of delivering within the 12-13week time frame, always being transparent with additional costs for any scope add-ons we agreed upon. We recently used Master Homes Contracting to renovate two bathrooms. Anton came to the house to discuss the project and offer some advice as to the design aspect of what we were doing. We found him very knowledgeable, he made recommendations as to the layout and gave us a clear idea of what the project would look like when completed. We received a detailed quotation within a few days, numerous options with pricing. With some conversation we were comfortable with the quotation and agreed to move ahead. We were then introduced to Ashley who would be our design contact throughout the project. We had done the usual visits to the home stores and to be honest were a little overwhelmed, we really needed some direction and advice. Ashley made it so easy, she supplied numerous choices, with pricing, for each of the components from tile to taps, and really helped us with every selection, for us, that expertise saved weeks of wandering the aisles trying to figure out what we wanted. Once decided, Ashley ordered everything for us and had it delivered to our house. The crew showed up to start the demo on the agreed date, immediately covered my hardwood hall and stairs to avoid any damage as they removed the debris, they were careful to try to limit the dust as much as possible but by nature its a dusty job. Execution was flawless, we did have to make some decisions as to the waterproofing behind the new shower, Anton gave us three options with and actually recommended the LEAST expensive one for what we needed. We had a vacation planned that happened to fall in the middle of the project. We were so comfortable with Anton and his crew, we gave him a key, they continued working while we were away. The project was completed just as we got back, we were so pleased with the results. Both bathrooms look amazing, certainly exceeding our expectations, they even added undercabinet LED accent lighting, not included in the original quote but they thought we would like it. They were right, it added a whole spa like look to the bathroom. The project was completed a few weeks ago but I held off on my review as I knew there would be some minor call backs, there always are with any reno. The true test of a contractor is how well they handle the call backs. A flickering pot light, a sticky drawer on the vanity, they were there next day, resolved without question, we were very impressed. We did add some extras to the project as it progressed but overall they were on budget per their original quote. As a contractor Master Homes ticked all the boxes. On time, on quote, knew what they were doing, all the assistance we needed, daily updates on the project, immediate attention to the callbacks, and probably the most important factor, Trust. We will use them again for our next project without any hesitation, there are so many horror stories out there it was a pleasure and a relief to find a good honest contractor that goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the results. Z-One is a great team to work with. Abi and his team are very knowledgeable & skilled. They finished our backyard renovation in a week which was very impressive. There was clarity in discussions & communication. The installation of concrete tiles was done with an impressive attention to detail and with great finesse. The team had a great work ethic. We would highly recommend hiring Z-One for your outdoor renovations!!!
