My kitchen cabinets were chipped and tired looking, but they are solid wood so I decided to try having them refaced and repaired. Fantastic Job, Start to Finish I hired Henry for a full kitchen and bathroom reno, and I couldn’t be happier. Some of the other contractors I spoke to were pushy or hard to get a straight answer from. Henry was the opposite—friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. He had the best pricing by far and even suggested ways to get the results I wanted while keeping costs down. The bathroom looks incredible—he really understood what I was after and made it even better. In the kitchen, he went the extra mile to find the right materials and made the design I had in mind actually happen. The work was top notch, the space was kept clean, and it all moved along quickly. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. There were no major issues, and the few small things that came up were handled without any hassle. Sal and his team are wonderfully skilled with a high attention to detail. Just as important, they are good people. One too many times, you get contractors that you wished you hadn't welcomed into your home. Definitely not the case with Sal's Renovations. From initial estimate, to job completion, they are consummate professionals. Friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond in the care with which they considered materials for our job, ensuring we had a proper estimate with appropriate attention to details, and in how they handled themselves on a day to day basis in our home. Even though this job in particular was a smaller project, Sal and Arie still dedicated themselves wholeheartedly, working diligently throughout. They are the type of guys that bring your bins back to your garage, just because they happen to be there anyway, or who step in to help with a nail gun when your son inadvertently rips something off the wall unrelated to the project at hand. Professional, thoughtful and skilled. After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors who take advantage of their clients, we were skeptical about hiring any contractor to get our kitchen renovated. My brother-in-law suggested we give Josh from Level Custom Build a call, as he knew them well. It turned out to be the best decision we made. We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Now that to me is truly impressive as it shows how organized and committed, they are towards their clients. We love what they have done with our Kitchen and dining room. Thank you, Al, Josh, Kevin, Jamal and the rest of the team. You guys gave us our Dream Kitchen. PS Shout out to Al for answering your phone every time my wife called you, no matter what time of day it was.
