Bathroom Shower Renovation for a my mom , who is a senior recently had her bathroom shower renovated to better accommodate my aging mom. Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome. The walk-in shower, grab bars, and non-slip features were thoughtfully designed and have made the bathroom much safer and easier to use. There were some challenges and delays in the job completion, but Nelio always offered a compensation.

Ryan, Dylan and Ryan are consummate professionals who take pride and satisfaction in their work, and it really shows. They did an amazing job replacing a couple of old doors and a window, then tearing down an old creaky deck and building us a brand new one, with an amazing V-shaped cedar gable over the main door and an overhang at the side door, both seamlessly connecting to the existing roof. Our house was so beautifully transformed by these guys, and we cannot praise them enough. Compliments rain down on us continuously, from neighbours and total strangers passing by. Thanks guys. I am forever grateful that Sam from Amista Homes reached out when I initially submitted a service request at Homestar. Four years ago, I bought a bungalow with plans to convert it into a two-story home, moving my parents to the main floor and my kids and myself to the second. After struggling with my previous contractor for three years and getting nowhere, Sam stepped in last September, and now my home is 90% complete! Ive officially moved into the second floor, and the entire process has been smooth, fast, and truly amazing thanks to Sam and his team. Together, we handled everything from designing and permits to Committee of Adjustment approval, framing, stone and stucco, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, and tiling. The result is a 3,300 sq ft duplex, where the main floor features a large open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area with two bedrooms and a fully accessible bathroom with a powder room customized for my parents. The second floor is designed for my family with an open-concept kitchen, living room, and three bedrooms plus a den with three full bathrooms. The two master bedrooms have walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms. I ended up getting everything I wanted and more. While the neighbors were initially unhappy, Sam handled everything professionally and made sure they understood the situation. The timing of the work was perfect for each team, and Sam remained very involved every step of the way. He worked closely with me while ensuring we stayed within a very tight budget. Were nearing the finish line of the original plan, and I couldnt be happier. I now have my dream home within budget. Thank you, Sam youve truly been a lifesaver! Ill be sharing pictures when the project is fully completed.

This was our third time using Renovation Experts and we could not be happier with the result. We fully renovated our kitchen and ensuite bathroom, made updates to two bathrooms and refinished our staircase. Stans ability to estimate, communicate progress and leverage his relationships with the best people in each trade resulted in a high quality job with no surprises. I particularly like that the estimate included some assumptions on the cost of key items like tile or cabinetry. This helped to inform our choices and ensure we were aware if we were making selections outside of the budget. We found the work of our day to day on-site supervisor Sam to be detailed and the outcome beyond our expectations. Our electrician Steve and plumber Dom were professional and delivered great work, while making the journey more pleasant. We would not hesitate to use Renovation Experts again or make a referral. Snow Valley Review Snow Valley Kitchens came highly recommended by friends and neighbours. We purchased a bungalow, which was 20+ years old, and required an update. Rod, the owner, immediately visited our home and fit us into his demanding schedule. What we thought was initially a kitchen and ensuite renovation became a full main floor renovation. Our first meeting with Rod was in his showroom where we were presented with several options. In addition to selecting cabinets, countertops, hardwood, etc. Rod recommended we accompany him to select tile, appliances, fixtures, bathtub, etc. at several local businesses at discounted contract prices. At our next meeting we were presented with a detailed renovation specification sheet, including 2D drawings, and a very fair payment structure. Rod and his team of workers and contractors did an AMAZING job. Their PROFESSIONAL hard working work ethic, and QUALITY of custom work, throughout the 6 month renovation, was OUTSTANDING. The timely organization of all contractors and delivery of materials ensured a consistent flow. We were presented with options, like heated flooring in the ensuite bathroom, during the progression of the renovation. The EXCEPTIONAL quality of work and attention to detail transformed our house into an amazing living space that we enjoy and comment on almost everyday. I have a good relation with my boss so any larger sized jobs I'm able to take directly to him so he can oversee them with his greater experience. I take great pride in my work and I put time and care into everything I do. I am generally handy, so I also do some non-electrical jobs such as furniture assembly, simple woodworking, various home installations, and general lifting/moving/labor. For anything you need done or any electrical issue you need diagnosed and fixed please don't hesitiate to reach out to me as I don't consider any job too small or too big.

Jason and his team did a great job with the replacement of all our interior doors in the basement, as well as our exterior front and back doors. He also changed the trim and baseboards, and matched them to our doors that we chose that really brought our place to life. I am most likely going to get more jobs done by Jason so I would recommend him to others anytime.

Sever Homes took on our dream project and transformed the central living space in our home to one that we can’t imagine living without! The project came in on budget within the initial timelines agreed. The owner is an outstanding lead contractor and maintained a regular communication flow so we were kept updated on status constantly. The quality of finish is superb. He has a keen eye for function and design and he provided solid guidance at every key stage. He saved us precious time by directing us to selective third party vendors and even accompanied us on shopping trips and planning meetings to ensure all involved collaborated in an effective manner, thereby keeping the pace of progress on track. When we met with any unexpected complexities/challenges he provided solid rationale for workable solutions, always upholding the integrity of the design. He is well respected within the industry, as evidenced by the strong relationships he has with a stand-up group of sub-trades. They all worked efficiently, seamlessly handing off from one to the other, back and forth - always maintaining the same high standard of work that we came to expect from Sever Homes and team. The level of after-service we received served to enhance what was overall an outstandingly positive experience from Sever Homes. We hired SLG to renovate and repair water damage in our ensuite bathroom as well as update a portion of our basement including a washroom. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the speed that it was completed in and the flexibility of the team to deal with issues that arrive renovating a 1950's home. Electrical, framing and plumbing issues were quickly addressed and little extra touches were added with no additional expense to us to update our home. We can not say enough positive things about Jack, Joe and his team. They are the best most courteous people and we would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone else. This is the 2nd time we hired Bath Style Inc. They reno’d our upstairs bathroom 6 years ago, and we just recently hired them to renovate our tiny, outdated, basement bathroom. It was a pleasure working with Timo and TOP Construction on our condo renovation. From the start Timo was extremely professional and very easy to communicate with. He was extremely responsible dealing with the condo building management and took it upon himself to always communicate with them for everything that needed approval. Timo completely put a new life on a condo which had not had work done on it in 40 years with new flooring, paint, and helping source and fit new updated appliances, and many finishing touches from big to small. His attention to detail and suggestions were amazing and helped us so much. Timo is very friendly and personable, and we could not ask for a better person to have done this job.
