After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors who take advantage of their clients, we were skeptical about hiring any contractor to get our kitchen renovated. My brother-in-law suggested we give Josh from Level Custom Build a call, as he knew them well. It turned out to be the best decision we made. We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Now that to me is truly impressive as it shows how organized and committed, they are towards their clients. We love what they have done with our Kitchen and dining room. We have a wonderful experience with Natan and his crew. The project started on time as agreed and we finished 1-2 weeks ahead of time. Though there were challenges on the way (which is normal), the eagerness to listen, make good suggestions and implement it is right on the money. Natan does not leave you unattended, he communicates promptly even on odd hours. Also, his construction Manager Vlad is easy to work with. After all the work is done, we feel very happy and improved our living condition. All rooms are our favorite hangout area as it is just very pleasing to us.
