It was a pleasure working with Saba and her team. We had interviewed several companies prior and upon meeting Saba, we immediately knew we would be happy with the outcome. During our first meeting, she listened to our wish list, walked through our home and provided ideas that we hadn’t thought of. We were always on the same page about style and functionality of our home. She requested shared Houzz and Pinterest boards so she could really understand what we were hoping for. She was also up front about the various costs we would incur throughout the process. During the drawing and design process, her team was extremely responsive, patient and accommodating. They were open to feedback and revisions. They also facilitated most communication with other third parties that were required (arborist, mechanical engineers, City of Mississauga, etc.). Saba negotiated prices and services on our behalf to ensure we were getting the best price. Her team also managed the entire permit process with the City on our behalf. They kept us up to date with regular communication and explained the process clearly. Our permits were granted quickly due to Saba’s team submitting all of the required documents and responding quickly to inquiries. Absolutely amazing, these guys really know what theyre doing and it shows. I was extremely unhappy with how my basement looked. It wasnt very welcoming. I found Pro Life Renovations to drywall repair, paint and do some touches ups. I couldnt be more happy with my basement now. I have hired HLE flooring on two occasions. The first was a major house renovation that involved re-leveling a significant portion of th floor and installing 1500 sqr feet of new hardwood and replacing my treads and risers on my main staircase. The team from HLE flooring were amazing and onsite when they promised and worked long hours to complete the job. They care about the quality of the work they deliver and their attention to detail is second to none. My second project involves 1500 sqr feet of new hardwood installed in my upstairs hallway and bedrooms as well as another major staircase renovation involving treads, risers and a new hand railing. The results were stunning and the HLE team again delivered an amazing outcome that exceeded my expectations. We decided to make renovation on our both bathrooms with TBC because they came highly recommended to us by a friends who used them in the past and we were not mistaken in our choice. We could choose everything we need in TBC showroom Alina (company owner) provided professional advice in product selection and the work plan.The installer crew were very pleasant They showed up on the time every day and did fabulous job and cleanup at the end of each day.The both bathroom renovations were completed on time and on budget, and we absolutely love them.

I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and Jason to restore my client's unit after it was left in terrible condition by a previous tenant. The tenant had caused significant damage, including broken doors, a damaged sliding door, and extensive harm to the bathroom, along with scuff marks and wall damage throughout the unit. Jonathan and Jason were incredibly efficient and professional in addressing all the issues. They replaced the doors, repaired the sliding door, repainted the entire space, and performed thorough patchwork on the walls.
