While trying to repair a leak that we discovered inside our exterior walls, we decided to hire Beni for the job. While his quote was the most expensive of the other 2, he promised to do a good job and agreed to do all of what was being asked which included disassembling every exterior fixture such as the security cameras and light fixtures and re-finishing the entire front walls of the house as well as repairing every crack with new stucco and repainting the entire exterior of the house. Upon start of the work, I noticed the his crew started taping around the cameras and putting silicon in the cracks where a proper repair was to take place, this was brought up to him and he slightly responded saying "Don't worry". Later on I also noticed that the walls were not clear of debris before painting and parts of plants and dirt that was stuck to the wall had been painted over which once again I brought up to his attention and needless to say they were not adequately fixed. Needless to say that instead of the entire front of the house being re-finished, parts and patches were which as anyone who has done stucco would know looks terrible. On another occasion I had asked his crew to NOT step on a fresh concrete that was pored in the back of the house for a deck project and to my amazement within 5 minutes of that conversation the opposite happened and I caught his crew walking on the freshly pored concrete. When I confronted Arben (Beni) with all the problems he blamed COVID inability to find good laborer's. To make matters even worse, the crew made a huge mess everywhere, walked on my neighbors lawn and driveway, spilt paint over my neighbors drive way as well as the armor stones next the wall and back yard. Overall, the job that I paid top dollar for turned out to be a nightmare due to false promises and absolute lack of attention to details. I have no doubt that the other positive feedbacks here from friends or fabricated as their work speaks for itself. We are very pleased with MMT. We shopped around a bit and met with different contractors. We were impressed with Mario from the beginning. We were given a couple of options and prices. Very respectful staff and Mario explained everything involved in the process. No hidden fees. Very thorough and efficient. Completed job in time frame stated. They cleaned up all the mess from the job. Then they took the junk away so we didn’t have to worry about disposing of it all. We worked with Mark to re-finish our basement after we had a small flood. This was our first big renovation in our home and needless to say we learned a lot about the process from Mark! The basement was old, and needed a full gut down to the studs which included a full bath renovation, some laundry room work and the main area (insulation, new lighting, new flooring, additional support post installation for future upstairs wall removal, some HVAC). We also had Mark update a powder room on the main floor. From start to finish Mark helped us understand what was happening and made sure we were made aware of things they found when walls were opened up and plumbing and electrical was exposed. All of the sub-contractors were great and showed up on time and when we expected them per Mark, and Mark was very responsive if we contacted him with questions and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. The work area was always kept exceptionally clean and was tidied at the end of each work day, which we really appreciated because we were still using the basement for laundry. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Akram went above and beyond, and both he and his son are truly exceptional and master craftsman. It is a family business and their pride, detailing and customer service really shines. Their planning efforts, communication, design choices, contractual management and installation was seamless. They are insightful, honest and really care about the work they provide. The custom desk area was exceptional. I had several ppl come in to give me design ideas and quotes for this narrow/small space (which doesn't seem like it from the photo, but trust me - it is neither big nor wide), and designers struggle with this space. Sansil's pricing is competitive and very reasonable. This area of my home was a tension and draining space to be in prior. My whole family now loves this space and we now have bets to see who will work from here :) Thank you for everything!!!!!
