Working with Mustafa and Yekaterina was a standout experience. They werent just executing a projectthey were invested in understanding our needs and making sure no detail was overlooked. We wanted to maximize every inch of our kitchen and eliminate dead space, and they delivered a custom wood kitchen with PET doors that is not only stunning but also hyper-functional. Every corner is utilized with ingenious storage solutions and innovative gadgets that make day-to-day life easier. Its clear they thought through every aspect of the design with precision and care. The flooring installation throughout our main level is equally impressive. The large-format tiles look flawless, and the use of Schluter Ditra for the underlayment showed their commitment to doing things the right way, not just the easiest way. To ensure the job was done to perfection, they also used Schluters KERDI-BAND to seal the entire parimeter of the main level, which is something I hadnt even realized was an option. On top of that, they went the extra mile by sealing all the tiles and grout after installation to preserve their beautiful, brand-new look. Its a detail I didnt know existed, but Im so glad they thought of it. Reno Rabbit doesnt just complete renovations; they engineer solutions. The entire experiencefrom planning to executionwas handled with expertise, professionalism, and a level of thoughtfulness that sets them apart. I needed a new shed, (a bucket list item) so I stopped in and talked to Vic and right off I knew that I was talking to a man of integrity....I have been around for over 70 years, a retired detective, I know. I hired him. The first one to arrive on the building date was Kevin and his wife, I am so sorry that I did not get her name. They put in the cement footing. Hard work through clay and roots. Next to appear was Dave, the builder, a 65 year old DYNAMO who can work two 25 years olds into the ground in 8 hours. Dave and Lucas worked tirelessly all day. Dave, barking orders at 25 year old Lucas....Lucas just smiled, shaking his head, he knew what he was doing. Both of them are perfectionists, if it was not right it was done over, to the approval of the master builder. In the end I was looking at a shed that all the neighbours had to see....I could have charged admission

Initial contact with Eric was good - he understood it was a small job that we had a budget and would work within it. Due to the very wet spring had to delay the start a couple of times - can't be helped. Charles got his men on-site and the bulk of job has been completed quickly. We recently used Master Homes Contracting to renovate two bathrooms. Anton came to the house to discuss the project and offer some advice as to the design aspect of what we were doing. We found him very knowledgeable, he made recommendations as to the layout and gave us a clear idea of what the project would look like when completed. We received a detailed quotation within a few days, numerous options with pricing. With some conversation we were comfortable with the quotation and agreed to move ahead. We were then introduced to Ashley who would be our design contact throughout the project. We had done the usual visits to the home stores and to be honest were a little overwhelmed, we really needed some direction and advice. Ashley made it so easy, she supplied numerous choices, with pricing, for each of the components from tile to taps, and really helped us with every selection, for us, that expertise saved weeks of wandering the aisles trying to figure out what we wanted. Once decided, Ashley ordered everything for us and had it delivered to our house. The crew showed up to start the demo on the agreed date, immediately covered my hardwood hall and stairs to avoid any damage as they removed the debris, they were careful to try to limit the dust as much as possible but by nature its a dusty job. Execution was flawless, we did have to make some decisions as to the waterproofing behind the new shower, Anton gave us three options with and actually recommended the LEAST expensive one for what we needed. We had a vacation planned that happened to fall in the middle of the project. We were so comfortable with Anton and his crew, we gave him a key, they continued working while we were away. The project was completed just as we got back, we were so pleased with the results. Both bathrooms look amazing, certainly exceeding our expectations, they even added undercabinet LED accent lighting, not included in the original quote but they thought we would like it. They were right, it added a whole spa like look to the bathroom. The project was completed a few weeks ago but I held off on my review as I knew there would be some minor call backs, there always are with any reno. The true test of a contractor is how well they handle the call backs. A flickering pot light, a sticky drawer on the vanity, they were there next day, resolved without question, we were very impressed. We did add some extras to the project as it progressed but overall they were on budget per their original quote. As a contractor Master Homes ticked all the boxes. On time, on quote, knew what they were doing, all the assistance we needed, daily updates on the project, immediate attention to the callbacks, and probably the most important factor, Trust. We will use them again for our next project without any hesitation, there are so many horror stories out there it was a pleasure and a relief to find a good honest contractor that goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the results. The contractor demonstrated strong project management skills and completed the entire project on schedule within the planned three-week timeframe. He proactively took the initiative to suggest practical and thoughtful design ideas that improved the overall result. Whenever possible, he chose premium-quality materials rather than settling for basic options. Communication was clear and timely throughout the project, with any changes discussed in advance, which made the renovation process smooth and well coordinated. I would confidently recommend his services.

I would highly recommend David to anyone. He was prompt, courteous, thoughtful, and honest. He takes the time to explain what is involved with the job at hand. We discussed options that I was considering and he was very professional in helping me with my decision. He disassembled the table, placed it where it was to go and reassembled. He also was kind enough to do a couple of other jobs that I requested. I will definitely call on him again.
