Very good experience beginning with Vitaliy who came to see the house and garage and clearly explained the steps and extra care they take in doing cedar roofs (type of shingle, underlayment, cedar breather, copper flashing, hand nailing technique, zinc strips on north facing part to reduce moss etc.). The proposal was provided shortly thereafter by Pavel and Eleanor, very detailed and thorough and the price was very competitive with other quotes I had received, but much better detail and assurances of quality. The crew who came to do the job was very hard-working and courteous, every night everything was left tidy and despite a few rainy days they completed the job on time. Overall the experience was above my expectations as I have been disappointed in the last few years with other contractors and trades. This company is professional and I would highly recommend them if you are looking at replacing a cedar roof or other type of roof.

We had a great experience working with this team on our kitchen renovation and new flooring project. Adam and his installer were hired to fix a leaky window. The installer was knowledgeble and experienced and was able to pinpoint the issue to inproperly installed drip edge, which was letting water in. He replaced it and and installed new insulation and capping.

Don't use these guys. They are absolutely terrible. They don't order material when the project starts, resulting in delays and then we needed to select different items due to their negligence. They fired their project manager mid-project and didn't tell us, so we had no communication or activity for weeks. After the project was complete, we had issues with the counter-top. My wife emailed and called them several times, and even emailed the owner Ramon, and still they didn't respond, despite us having a 2 yr warranty. I wish I could review the installers who came to the house separately, they did a great job overall, and we were happy with them and the final result, but the people in the office made our kitchen renovation a terrible experience. If 0 stars was an option I'd give that. The owner is a good talker. "We'll take care of you, I will handle it myself, we will make it right". All just talk. Once you leave the office you'll never hear from him again. I 100% would never recommend this company to anyone. Find another company unless you want to be frustrated throughout your entire process.

Great service so far this year with lots of heavy snowstorms. The team came out and cleared away the snow and when the snow continued to fall, they can and did a second clearing. Even moving the heavy icy snow left by the road snow plows. Eric has been great communicating on Text and kept me informed. Very fairly priced and great service.

We are pleased to say that working with Genius renos was the best choice. We needed to make a full upgrade on our condominium apartment and the results are amazing. We had an initial discussions with the owner Geni as to our requirements for the kitchen and our two bathrooms and he had helpful suggestions to help us make design decisions as well. They converted our living space into a beautiful open entertainment area with a lovely kitchen, updated walls and laundry area. The team was absolutely amazing and Geni was a pleasure to work with. Their work was high quality and they were extremely respectful of our space and left everything clean and tidy at the end of the work day. The project involved a brand new kitchen, including custom made cabinets, countertop, sink, high end tap, lovely backsplash and beautiful replaced old pot lights, installed all new fixtures, and re-painted. Also, for the washrooms, replaced old vanities and showed with new custom made to fit our space in both washrooms. Our old tub in the master bathroom and tiled shower was replaced with a new sleek tub/shower with cultured marble tile walls and ceiling. The guest washroom was also completely re-modelled with a beautiful rain fall shower (which I am so in love). They also replaced old pot lights, installed all new fixtures, and re-painted the bathrooms. The final result were beautiful kitchen and bathrooms that we are very happy with. The job was completed in the estimated six weeks, even with unexpected extra work - when some rotting wood (from old leaks) and incorrect wiring was discovered. Geni and his crew are excellent at communicating and consulting with us on every detail and choice. We have no hesitation in recommending genius renovations. They are very pleasant to work with, and their standard of work is consistently excellent.

To begin, we live in a stacked townhouse with 40 stairs and tight areas in a busy neighborhood. I was afraid nobody would want the job. Joseph problem solved right from the time he came by to give a quote. His price wasn't the lowest but his quote and solutions were so thorough it felt right picking him and he did not disappoint. Our budget didn't move except for a few scope items we added and Joseph met both cost and schedule. The stairs, tiling, and hardwood are stunning. The HVAC/mechanical upgrades were much needed. The star of the show was the bathroom reno. My showers are now game changing and it's such a drastic, positive change. Joseph was so transparent during the process, stayed in constant contact, asked our opinions while giving solid advice. There were instances where he suggested we don't add cost, which is a sign of his professionalism. Would highly highly recommend him and Bold & Beautiful Design Inc. for any job. Can't say enough about how happy we are with the reno.

I would highly recommend David to anyone. He was prompt, courteous, thoughtful, and honest. He takes the time to explain what is involved with the job at hand. We discussed options that I was considering and he was very professional in helping me with my decision. He disassembled the table, placed it where it was to go and reassembled. He also was kind enough to do a couple of other jobs that I requested. I will definitely call on him again.
