Did part of the job ok, took 6 weeks to complete a job that should have been done in less then one, than bailed on the job he refused to complete…. Had to hire another contractor to fix & complete the job he claimed “I was not satisfied with”…. Offered to compensate me to have the taping/mud - never saw a penny and ghosted. Sadly even reccomended him. Also, tends to work on multiple sites at once (which he ends up bailing on my job the day/hours before and more than once not even showed up). Thankfully found another contractor to fix the job fully. Picture is how he ended up leaving my wall….

I picked him out of 6 other contractors to put a door at the end of the hallway on the main floor for privacy between me and my tenant. I told him it MUST look professional. He gave me the best quote out of all the contractors and he promised me the price won’t change. What I liked about Omer immediately, and the reason he stood out from the others I spoke to, was that he actually listened, and made sure he understood exactly what we wanted done and what was important to us. We used Schmidtke Kitchen and Bath for our fence and deck. Erick did a great job, even repairing a retaining wall. Communication was great and all work was done on time. We were very satisfied with the job and we decided to have him complete a washroom reno as well. The washroom reno was done in 2 weeks, the exact time that he said it would be. Erik was flexible with finishings and allowed a wide range of options within the quote price. We are also planning on finishing our basement and we would feel confident using Erick for it as well. We enjoyed working with Erick more than the larger contracting companies.
