This review is long overdue. Ive been working with Rigid Frame since 2022 and have used their services for multiple projects, including my own house in Toronto. The Rigid Frame team is highly experienced and exceptional in architectural design, structural engineering, and construction. Having worked with several design teams in the past, I feel fortunate to have found them at the right time. While they may not be the cheapest option, they are absolutely worth every penny. Communication is seamless, and throughout the construction process, its incredibly valuable to receive a professional response right on the spot. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to work with a company that truly understands the entire construction process from A to Z. Thank you, Arvin and Pezhman, for all your hard work and dedication. My next project will definitely be coming to you soon!

We'd like to start off this review with a HUGE, thank you to Dmitry and his amazing team of professionals! My husband and I had been contemplating finishing our basement for a few years now. However, like most people today, looking to pursue such a project we had a lot to consider.... The quality of work (of course), time to complete the project, and most of all the cost. With much thought we contacted five different companies both big and small to come into our home to see our space and provide us with what we hoped would be a honest and fair estimate base on our "VISION" and our "BUDGET" With allot to consider, we ultimately decided to go with Dmitry, and we are extremely happy we did!! Dmitry checked all the boxes..... - completion of the project was executed in a timely manner (ten weeks) - Dmitry provided options to purchase from his catalogue or choose our own finishes where Dmitry was very accommodating. - Communication was great. We always knew when any member of Dmitry's team would show up so that we were prepared. - And of course our budget. Dmitry's quote for this project was the most favourable in comparison to the other quotes we'd received. Even with adding in new finishes and details throughout the process. However, what truly sealed the deal for us was knowing that we would be dealing directly with Dmitry as our project manager. This was extremely important as we consider ourselves to be highly detailed and quality driven people. We had a very specific vision in mind which Dmitry was excited to take on and eager to tackle working closely with us to meet any and all expectations. The quality of craftsmanship and level of detail surly exceeded our expectations. A huge shout out to Vitaly (The Finisher), tile, flooring, painters, plumbers, electricians, drywall, and cleaning crews. We truly appreciate everyone's dedication and hard work. Kosta and his team did a great job in replacing our asphalt driveway. They were careful, clean and came exactly when they said they would. The work included removing the existing asphalt from a single car driveway and laying a new base layer and asphalt after we had done some stone landscaping - this is where the clean and careful part is important as we didn't want any of the new landscaping work damaged, which of course it wasnt. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

A toilet in our house came away from the floor in a way that broke the flange it was bolted to. I called MT Drains because they had done a fine repair job in our kitchen a few months earlier. Viktoriya in the office was very friendly & helpful in getting us a cost estimate in a timely fashion and setting up an appointment to fix the problem that fit our schedules. We received email confirmation and reminder of the appointment, and a text confirmation on the morning of the appointment itself. The technician, Amir, arrived a few minutes before the start of the window for the appointment, which I always appreciate a lot! He was friendly, polite and professional. He assessed the repair requirements, confirmed the estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. Amir also cleaned up everything and even took the garbage away with him. Viktoriya followed up shortly thereafter by phone to check that we were pleased with the job, and then sent the invoice to me for the agreed amount. She also confirmed that they received our payment right away. Ive used MT Drains services for plumbing issues before and will happily use them again!
