I posted a job on here in October 2023 to have the 2 small walls in my sun room (11 feet each in length) renovated - remove the old screen walls and replace them with framed drywall walls and a door to the outside. The door was to be an inexpensive 32 door with a window. Despite Rez having measured everything he did not realize he could not install an outward swinging door because it would hit the roof of my gazebo on my deck. It was his helper that noticed this during framing and offered the suggestion of sliding patio doors. Rez asked for an additional $500 for this change. I paid him immediately - the same day. It took months for the patio doors to be delivered and he promised they would be installed while I was on holiday from Jan 23 to 30, 2024. I came home and they were not installed. 2 weeks later he came and installed them. They are not level and do not latch or lock. Ive contacted him repeatedly to return and fix them and complete the job. There is still more drywalling to do, windows and doors to be trimmed and interior walls to be painted. He says he doesnt do exterior work in the winter - but he took 90% of the cost of the job before Christmas 2023! There is also exterior siding to be done and this also remains incomplete. This has been an awful experience and extremely stressful. This project started in November 2023 and is still not done.Latest review:Canbuild

We hired these 2 gentlemen to load a 26 foot UHaul with the contents of a large storage unit. They were on time, personable, respectful, and polite. It was particularly hot and humid and they worked their butts off! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys for any type of work. It was an urgent repair. He showed up on time, said he was going to get a part and never returned. We waited 5 hours … tried calling and messaging several times to no avail. I had a yellow stain appear on my ceiling on the second floor bedroom of my house. The house is only 7 years old so admittedly I was upset and worried as to where the water was coming from. This was on a Friday evening. On Saturday morning I contacted Alex around 8am in the morning and by 10am Alex was on my driveway. This was extremely positive. Alex takes the time to listen and then gets to work. He's mindful of not making a mess when he works and takes time to explain what he's doing. Alex explored the attic crawlspace and the roof which is no easy feat given how tall my house is. He identified the source of the leak being a rusty exposed nail and identified additional areas that my builder did not caulk and improper shingle installation. Alex provided me with photos and videos to approach my builder with. He explained what he did to remedy the leak and advised me to call him back if it happened again.
