I had a yellow stain appear on my ceiling on the second floor bedroom of my house. The house is only 7 years old so admittedly I was upset and worried as to where the water was coming from. This was on a Friday evening. On Saturday morning I contacted Alex around 8am in the morning and by 10am Alex was on my driveway. This was extremely positive. Alex takes the time to listen and then gets to work. He's mindful of not making a mess when he works and takes time to explain what he's doing. Alex explored the attic crawlspace and the roof which is no easy feat given how tall my house is. He identified the source of the leak being a rusty exposed nail and identified additional areas that my builder did not caulk and improper shingle installation. Alex provided me with photos and videos to approach my builder with. He explained what he did to remedy the leak and advised me to call him back if it happened again. Alex is a real gentleman and a professional.
