Tan and his coworkers helped us with a couple projects, including a drywall ceiling patch for previous water damage, as well as a patio deck rennovation at a reasonable prices. We are overall very happy with the results of both but wanted to highlight the latter, which included sanding and repainting of the metal railings, platforms, and the entire two floors of decks (including the underside of the upper deck). Tan and team were very meticulous in the preparation process, including sanding and washing every nooks and crannies of the site. He's responsive, professional and transparent about the process and kept us up to date with the stages of work. We also appreciate the fact that he was patient in waiting for the best weather conditions to do the repaint rather than rushing through the process. As we requested a new color for the repaint, we were impressed with the level of detail his team put in to covering any old spots, including the space between the planks and the wood surfaces behind the planters. Again, we are very glad with his work, attitude and hope to have him help us with more projects in the future.

Fantastic Job, Start to Finish I hired Henry for a full kitchen and bathroom reno, and I couldn’t be happier. Some of the other contractors I spoke to were pushy or hard to get a straight answer from. Henry was the opposite—friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. He had the best pricing by far and even suggested ways to get the results I wanted while keeping costs down. The bathroom looks incredible—he really understood what I was after and made it even better. In the kitchen, he went the extra mile to find the right materials and made the design I had in mind actually happen. The work was top notch, the space was kept clean, and it all moved along quickly. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. There were no major issues, and the few small things that came up were handled without any hassle. Gutted our kitchen, master bath, shared bath, and powder room. Changed the flooring throughout the entire home. Closed our "open to above" area and added a bathroom to one of the bedrooms. Removed multiple support beams and walls. Absolutely LOVED my experience working with Amir! Right off the bat I felt a sense of trust when he came in to quote our project.
