I hired Levani Custom Renovation to build a fence on one side of my backyard and described in detail what the fence layout is wanted which was identical to the existing side so instead of simply coping the existing side they spaced the posts completely different at 8' centre's instead of 7' like it was supposed to be. They missed 12 pieces of horizontal 2'×6's for supports on one side which l explained how much material was needed per section of fence with detailed pictures of the existing side. The workmanship was poor and they didn't speak any English so they didn't understand anything that was told to them. I reached out to Levani to please come and install the missing pieces as I didn't notice they were missing since they were on my neighbors side and I paid them in full. They refuse to complete the missing pieces. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT AS I DO.

I contacted Groundworks (formerly Clarke Basement Authority) as I was looking for a company to encapsulate my crawl space. Beginning with the initial meeting with Chris (quoted the job) to completion, the project ran smoothly. Lucio, Tai and Carter were the onsite crew that completed the work. They displayed a high level of organization, were professional, polite and had an excellent work ethic. I had several questions during the quote process and when the job was underway. The responses were always prompt and the time was taken to explain to me the project and how the work was being completed. Lucio, Tai and Carter kept the work area contained and were extremely tidy and respectful of my home. Throughout each day, Lucio provided me with regular updates that included pictures at various stages of the project. Lucio is an excellent project leader and that is reflected in the way the team worked together. I would recommend this team and Groundworks for crawl space work.

I recently had my roof replaced by Derek Chen and his team at GCP Roofing Inc, and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, Derek was professional, clear in communication, and committed to delivering excellent workmanship. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took care of every detail — from removing all old shingles and nails, inspecting the plywood, installing ice and water shield with full underlayment, to adding new vents and replacing the chimney flashing. We just found out we had multiple code violations from your setup - Must be at least 12 inches off the ground - Must have a wall support every 5 feet - must be at least 3/4 inch (it’s .5) - must be mounted to the wall to prevent rust. It can’t be rusted like that or we’ll get a gas leak.

I have tried emailing, calling and leaving voicemails, with no one caring to return correspondence. The items are still outstanding from 30 day form, and 1 yr form, but no one responding back. How can these outstanding items be resolved, as they were reported on time? I have submitted to Tarion and still nothing. I would never buy a home from this builder and I recommend you dont either. I had purchased my first home from Rosehaven, and all of the home issues were resolved within the first 6 months of living there. What a stark difference I am so upset, and I feel very under appreciated as a client.
