I recently reached out to Jason of TCB Construction regarding some roof panelling for a pergola in my backyard and Let me tell you it was the best decision I made. Great attitude, super knowledgeable, punctual, honest and fair. As a new homeowner you’re afraid that you may be taken advantage of from contractors but I felt extremely comfortable with Jason and his vision. He walked me through his steps and I bounced so many questions off him and he was tremendously patient and quick to give me the answers and if he didn’t have a specific answer, he would research and reply promptly. His work his 5 Star and the job was completed quickly. We are ecstatic with the finish product. Coincidentally that night at around midnight we had a tremendous downpour of water, and I decided to go outside and stand on my deck under my new roof panels and not a drop of water got through. These guys are the best around. My commercial property that I own is always safe during the winter with Unique Landscape taking care of things. These guys are diligent in making sure our snow is clear. They ensure our lot is clear and safe for when our business opens after it snows. I no longer have to worry about slip and fall accidents during the winter. They also look after our landscaping and they do a fantastic job! Highly recommend. The cost value I put in is not accurate as I have a yearly contract for property maintenance with them. While trying to repair a leak that we discovered inside our exterior walls, we decided to hire Beni for the job. While his quote was the most expensive of the other 2, he promised to do a good job and agreed to do all of what was being asked which included disassembling every exterior fixture such as the security cameras and light fixtures and re-finishing the entire front walls of the house as well as repairing every crack with new stucco and repainting the entire exterior of the house. Upon start of the work, I noticed the his crew started taping around the cameras and putting silicon in the cracks where a proper repair was to take place, this was brought up to him and he slightly responded saying "Don't worry". Later on I also noticed that the walls were not clear of debris before painting and parts of plants and dirt that was stuck to the wall had been painted over which once again I brought up to his attention and needless to say they were not adequately fixed. Needless to say that instead of the entire front of the house being re-finished, parts and patches were which as anyone who has done stucco would know looks terrible. On another occasion I had asked his crew to NOT step on a fresh concrete that was pored in the back of the house for a deck project and to my amazement within 5 minutes of that conversation the opposite happened and I caught his crew walking on the freshly pored concrete. When I confronted Arben (Beni) with all the problems he blamed COVID inability to find good laborer's. To make matters even worse, the crew made a huge mess everywhere, walked on my neighbors lawn and driveway, spilt paint over my neighbors drive way as well as the armor stones next the wall and back yard. Overall, the job that I paid top dollar for turned out to be a nightmare due to false promises and absolute lack of attention to details. I have no doubt that the other positive feedbacks here from friends or fabricated as their work speaks for itself. Had a flood in a rental property, I live out of town and the property is in Brantford. George answered the phone first thing in the morning, told him the problem and he went over promptly and assessed the situation. Gave me some options, I took a leap of faith and hired him for services. When I did get down to see the clean up after it was complete, I was very impressed George did above and beyond the scope of work that we spoke of. I think you would be hard-pressed to find a more respectful, efficient crew then this company. Their workmanship was fabulous and well thought out. Cleaned up everyday to the point you wouldn't even know they were working on your home. The appox cost shown is not actual. I would recommend having them quote and be well pleased that you did!
