Mabda (Ben) is a someone you should avoid at all costs. He charged me $350+HST for fixing a sink at a condo I own. I trusted the work would be done and did not follow up to confirm. Buyer beware, the sink was not fixed at all! If he challenges this review, I have receipts showing what I paid, and pictures that show it was never fixed. Stay away!! The best/funniest part is, he flooded my toilet when he was there too just my luck! Read the reviews and don't waste your time. The good ones are probably fake.

I have tried emailing, calling and leaving voicemails, with no one caring to return correspondence. The items are still outstanding from 30 day form, and 1 yr form, but no one responding back. How can these outstanding items be resolved, as they were reported on time? I have submitted to Tarion and still nothing. I would never buy a home from this builder and I recommend you dont either. I had purchased my first home from Rosehaven, and all of the home issues were resolved within the first 6 months of living there. What a stark difference I am so upset, and I feel very under appreciated as a client.

Build furniture- 12 Feb 2026
We worked with Andrew and Rory to design and build a custom storage bench and dining banquette for our kitchen. We needed an upholstered seat and backrest with enough storage underneath for large countertop appliances, as well as a custom-sized oval pedestal table to fit our limited condo space. Andrew and Rory handled the initial measurements and consultation, then provided a clear project estimate. After approval, they returned to confirm measurements and review the design. The bench was built in two phases—structure first, followed by upholstery—with the table completed after installation. The entire project took about 2.5 weeks from first conversation to final install, which felt very reasonable for the scope. There was some back-and-forth on the table design and a bit of missed communication around design changes for engineering reasons, but overall we’re happy with the quality and would consider working with them again.

Wonderful experience and job well done. Special thanks to Michael for heading the crew and getting the work done ahead of time. The backyard grading along the property line between my neighbour and myself happens to be quite contentious. It has been mediated by the Richmond Hill Grading Department (RHGD) who have been quite understanding and reasonable in their handling of the situation. When the request came from the RHGD on what was needed on my side, a call was put in to Greenlane Landscaping to estimate the job and provide details on when it could be done. They, in fact, were the only landscaping company that answered my call. Michael, their landscape architect, came by and scoped out the job. It was done in a professional and congenial manner. The terms were agreed fairly shortly after that (regrade of the the area and resod as needed) and the date was set. There was a wrinkle in that the job date had to be pushed forward to meet the needs of RHGD and that was accommodated by Greenlane. When the date came, Greenlane sent a professional crew supervised by Michael, and they did a highly professional job. The crew was congenial and and empathetic in their relations. The job was completed to a first rate standard. the sod and soil provided were excellent and the instructions provide to keep the sod growing were easy to follow. In fact, the sod is the best grass I have in my backyard. There have been no issues with RHGD regarding the work done so far on my side of the property line. Thank you Greenlane on a job well done.

Repair or transform furniture- 2 Dec 2025
He was super quick and came and picked up the ottoman I wanted modified a few hours after I posted. He was really communicative and sent pictures along the way with updates and only took two days to do the job. The ottoman looks great and is exactly what I wanted. A thing to note would be to polish up on finishing touches. The upholstery was a bit choppy and the edges aren’t clean There were wood shavings on the main piece that was covered by the removable covers so I didn’t notice it until I brought it inside. Overall it now has storage which is exactly what I asked for and I’m impressed with the speed and quality for the price.

Arvin was easy to work with and was helpful working to find the wood/stain to match my current cabinets and install the required gable. The issue came when he drilled through my laminate countertop when installing the gable requiring repair work. He tried repairing it but ended up making the issue worse. Ultimately, he was flexible in adjusting the price to compensate me for having to hire another contractor to do a proper repair but i still have a damaged countertop which cannot be completely fixed.
