I have a strong appreciation for precision, efficiency, and problem-solving, so when we decided to renovate our home, I knew I wanted a company that shared those values. Reno Rabbit exceeded every expectation. Their attention to detail and clear, proactive communication made what could have been a stressful process remarkably seamless. Working with Mustafa and Yekaterina was a standout experience. They werent just executing a projectthey were invested in understanding our needs and making sure no detail was overlooked. We wanted to maximize every inch of our kitchen and eliminate dead space, and they delivered a custom wood kitchen with PET doors that is not only stunning but also hyper-functional. Every corner is utilized with ingenious storage solutions and innovative gadgets that make day-to-day life easier. Its clear they thought through every aspect of the design with precision and care. The flooring installation throughout our main level is equally impressive. The large-format tiles look flawless, and the use of Schluter Ditra for the underlayment showed their commitment to doing things the right way, not just the easiest way. To ensure the job was done to perfection, they also used Schluters KERDI-BAND to seal the entire parimeter of the main level, which is something I hadnt even realized was an option. On top of that, they went the extra mile by sealing all the tiles and grout after installation to preserve their beautiful, brand-new look. Its a detail I didnt know existed, but Im so glad they thought of it. Reno Rabbit doesnt just complete renovations; they engineer solutions. The entire experiencefrom planning to executionwas handled with expertise, professionalism, and a level of thoughtfulness that sets them apart. If youre looking for a team that truly cares about quality and getting it right, I cant recommend Reno Rabbit highly enough.

They even suggested a few design touches I hadn’t thought of that made a big difference. Big shoutout to Rene for the great work on my new stairs and to Mike for his amazing carpentry skills. We hired Urban Roots to renovate our townhouse and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the start, they were patient and gracious with us -- during the design phase, we faced an unexpected and significant delay in the project. They took it in stride and assured us that shifting the timelines wouldn't be a problem. Once construction started, things generally went very smoothly, and whenever there were issues, Mark and Grant were upfront about them and made things right. We had a tight deadline at the end and really appreciated the hard work that the crew put in so that we could move back on schedule. Great communication, integrity, and quality of work. We love how it turned out and highly recommend their services.

They worked diligently and were very respectful of my home, my pets and us! When part of the order was delayed, Brad found a temporary replacement until the item arrived. To begin, we live in a stacked townhouse with 40 stairs and tight areas in a busy neighborhood. I was afraid nobody would want the job. Joseph problem solved right from the time he came by to give a quote. His price wasn't the lowest but his quote and solutions were so thorough it felt right picking him and he did not disappoint. Our budget didn't move except for a few scope items we added and Joseph met both cost and schedule. The stairs, tiling, and hardwood are stunning. The HVAC/mechanical upgrades were much needed. The star of the show was the bathroom reno. My showers are now game changing and it's such a drastic, positive change. Joseph was so transparent during the process, stayed in constant contact, asked our opinions while giving solid advice. There were instances where he suggested we don't add cost, which is a sign of his professionalism. Would highly highly recommend him and Bold & Beautiful Design Inc. for any job. Can't say enough about how happy we are with the reno.

RayS Homes saved me in the crazy days after so many basements flooded in Toronto in July 2024. For our flood, my insurance company worked with only two contractors and these were so busy that they took a month and a half to provide an estimate and then would not answer the phone to allow me to offer them the work. So I turned to RayS Homes. Even though very busy themselves, Raymond was extremely responsive and provided me with his own very professional quote within 24 hours. He agreed to start the work within a week and arrived on time to get going. He and his very competent, skilled and agreeable team stuck with the project until it was completed not much more than two weeks later. The quality of work was excellent, the timeliness much appreciated, and the overall experience of dealing with them was superb. Definitely would recommend for major repairs and renovation projects!
