From 2001 to 2010 Steve was the Production Manager for a Toronto based residential construction company overseeing the recruiting, training, safety, and quality control of 40 production employees. Steve spent a lot of time on site developing systems to improve worker relations, efficiency, and ensure safe working conditions.
