We worked with the Country Creek Homes team this past summer to get a new fence built and a pathway installed along the side of our home. Recently, my wife and I had an issue with bubbling paint on a portion of the ceiling in our primary bedroom. After putting an initial request out on the HomeStars site, Theo quickly contacted me and personally came out to our house within a couple of hours to have an in-person inspection of the situation. Having a strong feeling it might be some form of water/moisture problem, he headed directly to our attic. Suspecting an issue with our vents, he then turned his attention to our roof and discovered two of the vents with holes, caused by animals. Theo was quick to effectively repair and seal the holes in the vents before turning his attention to our bedroom ceiling. He did an outstanding job in repairing our ceiling, cutting out the damaged area and replacing it with drywall, followed by mudding, sanding and painting. In fact, he not only re-painted the ceiling but the entire room. The work Theo performed was flawless and my wife and I are extremely impressed with his diligence and eye for detail. Hired Henry's Bobcat to excavate 3 LARGE (18" x 5') concrete fence footings from our yard, and drill four 18" holes for new posts. They were prompt, helpful, project cost was as we had agreed before hand (no hidden fees). The employee who came to our home worked hard all day on our yard, completed the work on time (which was important to us because another contractor was coming that evening to carry out the next step), and was easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend the company. Our deck is 15 years old, the wood became black and the old paint was peeling. IP the owner of the company responded promptly to my request for a quote, his quote was very responsible for full restoration of the wood which included pressure washing and painting. Him and his helpers worked thoroughly and IP thrives for perfection and put his heart in the job. He restored also the wall and the railing although it wasn’t included in the quote.
