Hello, I've had my company for a few years now. I'm originally from Mexico and have worked in residential and commercial renovation in my country. I've been working here in Canada for 10 years. You can hire me to install a shelf or even remodel an entire room. The customer service will always be the same. My motto "The customer comes first and the work, even if it is minimal, is work" I started working in the city of Montreal, in an apartment management company where modifications were made to the apartments, jobs such as: Dismantling walls, modification of water and drainage pipes for sinks, tubs, toilets, and laundry centers. Electrical modifications. Light sockets, dryer power supply, stove, water heater, heating, installation of electrical panels. Modify wooden wall structure, close wall with drywall insulation, finish. Paste and paint. Installation of doors, door locks, installation of shelves, ceramics, etc. As well as unclogging sinks or bathtub drains, replacing sink and basin faucets, replacing toilets. I specialize in cabinetry and fine finfinishing, however, over the last eighteen years of construction, Im 37 and physically fit and efficient. I have had to jump around a little to make sure all my bills are paid. I co owned a fairly successful painting company with my kids.Mom, we did a hundred and fifty houses. I'm a fourth year sheet metal worker, and I just finished doing my third full reno on a house. But with this one I completed it all on my own. It was for my mom in pendicton. I tore down sixty five feet of wall and raised it up to ten feet.And then added a thirty foot extension in the middle of the property to make a peeked roof on a trailer. Everything was redone, the only thing that stayed the same was the toilet and the only thing I didn't do was the drywall. I'm thirty seven years old. I am fit and efficient. I have all the tools to do just about every job, from small electrical and plumbing to full bathroom kitchen renos whatever you need. Communication is a very high priority for me. Doing a renovation of any scale is a big deal for any person. And I want it to be perfect for the customers so they can always be happy to show it off and use it every day without any regrets or remorse.

I have been in the construction business since i was 16, back in 1973. I have been established in Chilliwack since 1988, involved in every aspect of residential and some industrial construction over the decades throughout the lower mainland. Currently, I am focusing in the Fraser Valley only, in an effort to save on commute time and rising fuel costs as the traffic congestion worsens working towards Vancouver.
