His father, Rudy, operated his business for decades with the philosophy of providing excellent customer service and operating with a high ethical standard. Unfortunately, his father passed away in 2014, but the lessons Shawn was taught by his father still guide how he operates his business to this day. The company began as a waterproofing company; however, there was also a demand for general construction as well. Given Shawn’s experience in carpentry, the business expanded into a construction division as well.
