Alberto has been my go to contractor for many jobs around my home. For this big project he coordinated and organized all the work that had to be done in my home. This included the replacement of my old flooring with new engineered hardwood as well as tiling, plus adding a doorway in my bedroom, plus widening the hallway Walls, and also organizing electrical work that had to be done. He did everything for a reasonable cost. He also did some wxtra things that werent part of the job for no cost. All of his work was perfect. Great customer service. First time I ever had a contractor come to the house and do any work that had no issues afterward. He has done other smaller projects for me and never disappoints. As I said, he is my go to guy for whatever work I need done.

I have a strong appreciation for precision, efficiency, and problem-solving, so when we decided to renovate our home, I knew I wanted a company that shared those values. Reno Rabbit exceeded every expectation. Their attention to detail and clear, proactive communication made what could have been a stressful process remarkably seamless. Working with Mustafa and Yekaterina was a standout experience. They werent just executing a projectthey were invested in understanding our needs and making sure no detail was overlooked. We wanted to maximize every inch of our kitchen and eliminate dead space, and they delivered a custom wood kitchen with PET doors that is not only stunning but also hyper-functional. Every corner is utilized with ingenious storage solutions and innovative gadgets that make day-to-day life easier. Its clear they thought through every aspect of the design with precision and care. The flooring installation throughout our main level is equally impressive. The large-format tiles look flawless, and the use of Schluter Ditra for the underlayment showed their commitment to doing things the right way, not just the easiest way. To ensure the job was done to perfection, they also used Schluters KERDI-BAND to seal the entire parimeter of the main level, which is something I hadnt even realized was an option. On top of that, they went the extra mile by sealing all the tiles and grout after installation to preserve their beautiful, brand-new look. Its a detail I didnt know existed, but Im so glad they thought of it. Reno Rabbit doesnt just complete renovations; they engineer solutions. The entire experiencefrom planning to executionwas handled with expertise, professionalism, and a level of thoughtfulness that sets them apart. Bruno installed plexiglass on my awning. This was to make it slippery to deter the raccoons from using my awning as their bathroom. Bruno cleaned all the piles of poop up for me and flushed all the residue away. Yuck! He wore a N95 mask and gloves to do this messy job. 😉 He custom built the plexiglass to fit my awning and it looks perfect. I haven’t had any raccoon poop on my awning since he installed my slippery plexiglass. He also flushed out my Eavestrough for me while he was up there. Then Sasha sprayed my deck down & windows to get rid of any poop residue that may have splashed from the awning. She also bagged everything up and cleaned any other debris that was left in my yard. They are amazing team and I highly recommend them. This is the third time I have used iCare. I have hired them to also fix my eavestrough that is falling down, which needs to be clipped up. Zejlko was a pleasure to work with. He was warm, professional and very clear is all of his interactions with us before and during the build. He truly listened to our needs and requests. The time from initial visit to starting the job was a few days only and he completed the work in just over a week. His work in all areas was high class. What made Zejlko special was he had to work alone on all but 1 of the days on site. The weather was awful on two of his days on site but he drove with no issues and worked full days. We cannot recommend Art-Deco carpentry more highly. Don't hesitate to choose Zejlko!

AJ and his crew did a fantastic job on the renovation of our basement bathroom and laundry room. He took the time to listen to our asks and executed them well in a timely manner. This was a difficult job as there was a restriction of space and making it more complex than an average job. However, they showed up on time everyday, with uniform (regardless of the trade that was in) and completed the job with a high degree of professionalism. What made AJ different from other companies is his attention to details and thinking and planning ahead. He suggested completing a number of preventative, add-on, nice to have features which demonstrated his passion for his work and importance of getting things done well. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a company to ReNu their house :)

Excellent work from start to finish, John was awesome and able come out on short notice to tackle an urgent job for us. The sink was reinstalled perfectly, and the granite countertop was expertly realigned and sealed. Everything looks great and feels solid. Professional, efficient, and high-quality workmanship—highly recommended and will definitely re-hire for future jobs!

We highly recommend Bevan and the team at Juniper Development Group. We recently completed a renovation that included interior, exterior and structural alterations to our property and our experience was outstanding. The scope included Interior: demo, drywall, flooring, custom doors + Exterior: balcony rebuild, retaining wall reconstruction, stamped concrete, & metal/glass railings. One of the things that stood out was they were always on time, communicated well, and kept the job site tidy, an aspect that both us and our neighbours appreciated. Bevan listened carefully to our ideas and offered helpful advice throughout the project. When unexpected issues arose, like the balcony and roof issue that was discovered, Bevan promptly addressed them, ensuring the repairs were done correctly which can be complicated on 100 year old homes. What impressed us most was the level of care and attention to detail. Bevan managed the project efficiently, keeping us informed daily/weekly and made sure we stayed within budget. Even when a temporary tarp blew off during a storm, they were there within an hour, fixing it in the pouring rain. Overall, our experience with Juniper was excellent. Bevan is a contractor who values communication, integrity, and quality work. We've already referred him to multiple friends/clients. He is now our go-to for everything house related.

We hired Luca Renovations for our office LVP flooring, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dominic and his team were professional, punctual, and arrived exactly as scheduled. They removed the existing carpet, properly prepped the space, and installed the vinyl flooring with outstanding attention to detail. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, the job was completed efficiently, and no corners were cut. We’re extremely happy with the results and will absolutely be using Luca Renovations for future projects. Highly recommended!
