We had a fence that has been rotting for years and selected Mohammad to replace it for us. We are thrilled with the job Mohammad Khabir Karimi did removing the old fence and installing the new one. He arrived on time and he and his helper got to work straight away. They worked non stop and finished the whole job including the clean up in less time than he predicted. After speaking with the two gentlemen who completed the job and reviewing the detailed breakdown of the invoice, I decided to revise my original review. The invoice turned out to be reasonable, considering the scope of work involved—not only the removal of the shower but also additional plumbing tasks and water pressure monitoring. It's also worth noting that the work was carried out after regular hours, which understandably incurred an additional fee. While I would have appreciated receiving a quotation before the work began, I am overall very satisfied with the quality of service provided. Julian responded quickly with a preliminary estimate and I was able to compare to other estimates. We Choose GHT Design and Build because they were a fair price and had great reviews. Julian quickly responded with a final quote once we worked through the details of our project. The GHT team were all great to work with from demolition to finished product. Including tiling, electrical, foam insulation, and wood flooring. The finished result is exactly as we had hoped for. Project was done efficiently and on budget. No surprises along the way. Julian was flexible with some add-ons we wanted with very reasonable costs for those services (i.e. doing spray form insulation in the basement while the truck was here). We received great service at a reasonable cost and with an exceptional end product. We highly recommend GHT and will definitely use them for our next project! Michael and Daniela
