We needed to replace our 33 year old pool fence. My first contact was with Angela the Operations Manager. Angela responded to my quote request within 2 hours and provided a preliminary quote from the details I provided. Once we made our decision to work with their company we asked for a site visit to firm up the quote. Joe the owner gave us a quote a few days later. The work was scheduled and the crew showed during the scheduled week. Inclement weather delayed the work somewhat. All posts had to be hand dug. Joe and Aaron took the time necessary to do the job with excellence. The final product speaks for itself.

We called builtitup to help us with a basement leak. Whenever it would rain wed get a ton of water in our cold room that would then flow through the rest of the basement and ruined some of our laminate floors. Micael discussed multiple options gave us the pros and cons of each and the cost and left it up to us to decide. He was so patient with all of our questions and finished the job so quickly before more water damage could occur. In the end we went with a French drain which we were comfortable with price wise. Micael and his team came and installed the French drain within 2 days and even followed up with me the next time it rained to confirm all was well and no water was coming in. Handyman and maintenance professional in residential and commercial environments. Proven abilities in interior maintenance and repair. Responsive and reliable with a strong quality focus, completing projects with efficiency and accuracy. We specialize in all major and minor repairs in Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Newmarket, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Etobicoke and Brampton.
Tan and his coworkers helped us with a couple projects, including a drywall ceiling patch for previous water damage, as well as a patio deck rennovation at a reasonable prices. We are overall very happy with the results of both but wanted to highlight the latter, which included sanding and repainting of the metal railings, platforms, and the entire two floors of decks (including the underside of the upper deck). Tan and team were very meticulous in the preparation process, including sanding and washing every nooks and crannies of the site. He's responsive, professional and transparent about the process and kept us up to date with the stages of work. We also appreciate the fact that he was patient in waiting for the best weather conditions to do the repaint rather than rushing through the process. As we requested a new color for the repaint, we were impressed with the level of detail his team put in to covering any old spots, including the space between the planks and the wood surfaces behind the planters. Again, we are very glad with his work, attitude and hope to have him help us with more projects in the future.

Mavic Design did a wonderful job for us. They removed the old deck and cleaned up the area perfectly. They even swept the driveway. The new deck they installed is everything Artem said it would be. There is nothing I would change about the finished product. The only thing unfinished are the post toppers as we chose to furnish those ourselves. They were very professional and proved to be highly skilled craftsman. I would highly recommend them.
