The worst experience ever. If I could put no stars, I would. I hired these contractors to remove the popcorn ceiling and drywall and paint the ceiling. There were cracks everywhere due to not having a proper foundation and sanding. The initial day he had asked me to come at 6pm and directed me to stay outside until he was complete which I then waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes outside with the child. The second day he sent me pictures and demanded that I pay it was when I asked him to review the work together. He then refused to fix the work as he was heading to another job while the job wasn't done. That’s when the problems occurred it was horrible! Police had to be called to the scene because they insisted on not leaving the site until money was paid in full. I asked for money back and he refused. After arriving on site it was brought to my attention that he is previously known to police. His work doesn’t reflect reality. DO NOT hire this “contractor” I repeat DO NOT HIRE IT'S A SCAM

The scope including installing brick on cinder block columns at the entrance of the driveway. Vural was very accommodating. He along side his family worked diligently and completed the work on the schedule. Given their expertise is commercial buildings, our small project was handled with equal care. While trying to repair a leak that we discovered inside our exterior walls, we decided to hire Beni for the job. While his quote was the most expensive of the other 2, he promised to do a good job and agreed to do all of what was being asked which included disassembling every exterior fixture such as the security cameras and light fixtures and re-finishing the entire front walls of the house as well as repairing every crack with new stucco and repainting the entire exterior of the house. Upon start of the work, I noticed the his crew started taping around the cameras and putting silicon in the cracks where a proper repair was to take place, this was brought up to him and he slightly responded saying "Don't worry". Later on I also noticed that the walls were not clear of debris before painting and parts of plants and dirt that was stuck to the wall had been painted over which once again I brought up to his attention and needless to say they were not adequately fixed. Needless to say that instead of the entire front of the house being re-finished, parts and patches were which as anyone who has done stucco would know looks terrible. On another occasion I had asked his crew to NOT step on a fresh concrete that was pored in the back of the house for a deck project and to my amazement within 5 minutes of that conversation the opposite happened and I caught his crew walking on the freshly pored concrete. When I confronted Arben (Beni) with all the problems he blamed COVID inability to find good laborer's. To make matters even worse, the crew made a huge mess everywhere, walked on my neighbors lawn and driveway, spilt paint over my neighbors drive way as well as the armor stones next the wall and back yard. Overall, the job that I paid top dollar for turned out to be a nightmare due to false promises and absolute lack of attention to details. I have no doubt that the other positive feedbacks here from friends or fabricated as their work speaks for itself. I'm writing this review because they were so important to us when trying to find a company to replace all of our soffit, facia, eaves and downspouts - we also included the Micro Mesh Leaf Guard and 5 pot lights. It was apparent that this company was providing a well regarded product and people were very happy with the service. They did not disappoint. From the initial consultation and quote by Wendel in July, to the top notch installation in November, we are very happy. The installation process was slightly hampered by delivery delays of the wood grain (Timberline) product but everything came together nicely. We also had landscaping upgrades in the works before hand which caused delays but were easily accommodated by the office administrators. They were very efficient. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

Windows and Doors Garage doors Renovation
This is our second time hiring Alex and Heritage Home Design to replace the second half of our windows and the front door, and we were, once more, extremely pleased with the work done. Alex is professional and easy to communicate with. The Heritage Maximum window style is similar to our original wood windows and fits our home's traditional design. The new front door with full sidelites and semi-circular transom window significantly improved the look of our home.
