Michael was true to his quote, and quite efficient. The stairs that he built are very solid. I can't say enough about John at H&K Stucco. I had a very small job that very few would be bothered to do. And I told John that I needed this job done in a timely manner due to other work that was to be done at my house. I told him to price the job to make it worth his while. He sensed my urgency to get the job done and managed to find time in fairly short order to do the work. He also charged me a very reasonable rate - not taking advantage of my situation. While doing my job he saw something else that he thought should be addressed. He did that work as well and did not charge me extra for it. And it does not end there. I was in need of some advice relating to my stucco and a new deck being installed. I asked him if he could do a call with me and that I would pay him for it. He said he'd be happy to do the call, but he would not let me pay for it. I highly recommend John for your stucco work. You do not see this level of integrity and fairness too much these days. We could not be more pleased with the job Hujat and Mohammed did with the removal of 60 feet of cedar hedging, followed by the installation of a new fence.
